In the past, any time I visit the forums, I was logged out of the main site.
Today, however, something a little different - and more than just annoying - happened. When I came on the main site today, I noticed I had a new message, so I went to the forums. I then was forced to log in. After looking at the message, I went back to the main site - as expected, I was logged out, and had to log in again. However, after entering the information and selecting 'log in' - or just pressing enter, I ultimately tried both through repeated attempts - the page loaded...the exact same main page you see when not logged in. I tried a few times, tried going to the specific login page and doing it, nothing worked. I couldn't get in. Oddly enough, as you can see, I am still logged in to the forums with no problems at all. After waiting several minutes and trying again, I was finally able to get to my party, but I still thought it worth mentioning - after all, if it happened once, it could happen again, and I've always had the 'forums log me out of main site' problem. --------------------  |

For the sake of getting some information. When you log in to gpx, do you use the log in thing at the top of the site, or do you use the page that appears if you try to access certain pages, i.e. this page http://gpx.plus/login ? Similarly for the forum, do you usually use the thing at the top of the index page or do you click the link called "log in" first? If you do the latter, do you check the box for keeping you logged in?

I just had the same thing happen to me. Hopefully I'll be able to log back in to the main site in a few minutes, if that worked for you
 Edit: yep, I was just able to log in again. Strange bug. |

I'm having the same problem. It refuses to sign me in on both the proper login page and on the login box in the corner. I'm using Firefox. The only way to sign in on the main page is to logout on the forums. I can't be logged into forums and GPX at the same time.

i just got the same issue however i cant seem to log out of the forums ive logged out twice to see if it would help i go back to the forum and im somehow logged in again even though i had logged out twice

this has just happened to me, and it took me over an hour to finally egt logged in which is odd, i used the link provided here and the top log in but nothing would log me in as if it just refreshed the page, anyway it just let me log back in.

Same just happened to me 20 mins ago
 but when I came back from cooking, I was logged in my gpx....such a weird bug, wonder if Chrome's got anything to do with it.

Yeah when I logged into the forums a few minutes ago it didn't let me into my game account for a few minutes, and I tried both google chrome and firefox.

Been on for a week on fire fox and never got kicked off. Logged in to the forums and was kicked off of main site. Taking me a while to be able to log back in. Seems to be a glitch with logging in to forums

This just happened to me as well. I went to change my display name so I logged into the forums, and it in turn bumped me off the site. Doing what Tyranisaur said and going to /login fixed the issue, though.

I'm having the same problem. I got that automatic anniversary PM, checked it, got logged out of the main site, and can't log back in. I use Google Chrome on Windows 7.
As others have said, this -really- makes me never want to look at the forums. It's bad enough those log me out every single time, but I've never not been able to log back in. I did what Tyrannisaur said as well, and all of a sudden I was logged in without re-entering my password. I'm sure this is a bug, and hope it gets squashed soon. -------------------- "All dreams are but another reality. Don't forget." |

I've actually been having the same problem whenever I log back into the forum, it logs me out of the game and won't let me log back in.

Same issue, I log in on the forums and it logs me out of my party then I have to log out of the forums and try to log in, but it just refreshes the page with no changes so I go check the forum and I'm LOGGED IN AGAIN!! I log out again and go try to log into my party again, it has me logged back into the forums AGAIN and won't let me log back into my party! It's REALLY frustrating.

Yup, it's still happening... I only went to the forums to reply to a PM, but as usual I'm getting asked to log in to the forums which in turn logs me out from GPX+... I hope that waiting will fix it as usual but I'm surprised it's actually still a thing
