I came from Indonesia alright, which is harder to obtain Wi-Fi.
But since at nintendo.com, my region isn't there, so I'm getting even more confused... Help please?

I'm from Trinidad which is a small island in the Caribbean and WiFi isn't really something big here but I found that a chain of cafes offer WiFi so I go there to use it. You could try looking for hotspots or get a wireless router

Actually I've been confused about wireless internet connection
 I know a Wi-Fi hotspot, but my father won't allow me to go there...  -------------------- |

Then, you better save up some money and buy yourself a wireless router or a usb connector for your internet(I'd go with the router). This all depends on how generous your family is to you...and how much your allowance is. Another thing is if you want it that badly.
