Today I was going to feed my pokemon some food and then a fog appeared. I wasn't able to tell which berries were which..... What does it mean? Is it because I have a Zoroa or a Castform?

Nope, it's just a weather condition, and it will go away eventually.
You'd get more answers for things like this in the GPX+ Questions and Help subforum, so if you have any other queries, there would be your best bet
