Appearance: Standing at 1 m 72 cm, her hair is a mix of blonde and copper hair; depending on how the sun shines it appears different shades. The hair is quite straight and cut a little below her shoulders with a few split ends. Her eyes are a light teal colour with darker teal rims, although most people would usually say her eyes were blue or green. Her fair skin is mostly clean with the odd spot due to her still growing and having the things all teenagers are coming to terms with. Her face is lightly dusted with freckles from her nose to her cheeks, where they are more apparent, that seem to appear more orange in sunny conditions and mostly fade in winter.

She wears a teal hoodie that stops at her elbows, dark blue finger less gloves, a dark blue and white cap (the dark blue is the visor part) with a simplistic pokeball pattern in dark blue. Underneath the hoodie is a lime green t-shirt. She wears denim shorts that go halfway down to her thigh and wears black sneakers. She wears a black messenger bag around her shoulder.

Personality: Lyra likes the quiet. She's quite introverted at times and loves some seclusion once in a while. She likes to talk but usually likes to surround herself in her family's pokemon and play with them. But she does get fired up in a fight. For years she's been studying types and battling mechanics. Her whole life has lead up to the moment she sets off on her journey. She does n't like to lose and can get very competitive at times. Lyra will only back down if she knows she can't win.

She sees asking for a battle a little rude and doesn't want to be thought of badly so sometimes she'll want to fight someone but just couldn't bring herself to it but when she's in a mood to fight she'll accept or make any challenge she can. In her dream to get stronger...sometimes her introversion can get in the way but her pokemon help her get past it and she loves them dearly for all their help.


Background: Lyra always spent a peaceful life in Asperita, dreaming of becoming champion or a world class coordinator. One day while she was playing with her friends she went off into a deeper part of the words fora while to explore, the whole time a little Riolu was watching her ,captivated by the shiny things poking out of her bag, the little Riolu followed her out of the forest. It wasn't until she was back on the outskirts of the city did she notice the fighting type. Knowing that having a pokemon is always good when you want to become champion, Lyra decided Riolu would be her pokemon partner! Later, before she set out, Professor Juniper gave her the choice of 3 starters to help her on her challenge. The choice was tough but she was intrigued by the nature and appeal of Snivy.

Her parents are very loving and very enthusiastic about pokemon. They too were once trainers but both fell in love on their journey when they met and decided to settle down. Their constant enthusiasm for their little girl to become a strong trainer made Lyra anticipated to battle as well but her parents still wanted their daughter to have a few more years at home to take care of her and make sure she would be safe on her own.At the moment she is prepping for her journey. Her mother and father were very excited for their daughter's journey and packed her a few items for on her way.
