No idea how long this may have been going on since I only realized it now when I tried to place my Smoochum into my VS Seeker to try for the PPG Achievement.
I currently have no Pokemon in my VS Seeker and yet I am unable to add a Pokemon into it. This feature isn't working regardless of whether I use Chrome on PC or mobile. I've tried moving Pokemon around in case it was dependent on party space (even though it never was before) as well as tried other Pokemon in case I'd hit some kind of "VS Limit" on Smoochum and it seems like none of my Pokemon can be added to the VS Seeker. The space just doesn't register as being available to place a Pokemon in, as if it's already filled or locked. Has anyone else had a similar problem or could anybody else explain why this might be happening? |

I just put my level 100 shiny Cherrim In the seeker and I'm not having the Issue.
Whappens when you try to put something In, like Is there a pop up error or no? Do you remember what the last thing you put In the seeker successfully was? This post has been edited by Deleca7755: Mar 23 2020, 01:30 AM -------------------- |

Do you remember what the last thing you put In the seeker successfully was? There's no pop-up error. It just simply refuses to let me move a Pokemon into the VS Seeker even though there's nothing currently in the VS Seeker. The option doesn't appear in the drop-down menus on mobile either. It's almost like it's acting as if I have a Pokemon already in it except...I don't. And I don't even get the error alert of "Insufficient Space" or whatever like you would if you were adding too many Pokemon into your Party or somewhere else. Now I've noticed it doesn't seem to have this issue with other Pokemon, particularly younger ones (since I've uh...been working at this achievement awhile XD;)? Either that or perhaps it might have to do with when I have a full Party and both my Pokewalker and Mobile Walkers full? I can't remember needing to have space open in either of those in order to use the VS Seeker before though. Is there some sort of party/walker space requirement I'm not aware of in order to enter a Pokemon in the VS Seeker? |

The only limitation I can think of is that you cannot move a Pokemon directly from the Poke Walker to the Vs. Seeker, because it could let you game the system (bc the Poke Walker does not award EXP until *after* the Pokemon is moved out, you could put a Pokemon into a low-level division with enough pending EXP from the Walker to bump it past the level limit).
But that would only give you this kind of trouble if you've only been testing by trying to move directly from the Poke Walker to the Vs. Seeker. I'm not sure what could be stopping you from moving your Pokemon to the Vs. Seeker from other places. -------------------- |
