This guy is my lead. He can set up spikes, and rapid spin-off any entry hazards. With his skill link, Rock Blast always hits 5 times. Ice shard will take out any focus sash users.

With his attacking moves, not very many Pokemon can safely switch in. His speed EVs allow him to out speed minimum speed base 55s. Also, his substitutes have 101 HP, so seismic toss will not break them

Fire Blast is a strong STAB move that can severely damage/OHKO Pokemon that don’t resist it. HP flying is there for Pokemon that wall his main attacking moves. He will have to switch a lot, but due to Cloyster’s rapid spin I won’t have to worry about that too much.

This guy will roar away any Pokemon with roar or whirlwind themselves to keep from ruining its stat boosts. Leaf Blade is a STAB move if it needs to attack, and with his base 130 Def he will have plenty of turns to swords dance and trade off his stats (most likely to Rhyperior, who will then have a monstrous attack stat).

Toxic Orb activates Guts (x1.5 damage) added with facade, which now has a base 140 power, and he will do serious damage despite his attack stat. U-turn is to leave the battle with extra damage, and the Pokemon I switch into will almost always take the hit, as with his speed EVs he out speeds almost every non-scarfed pokemon in the metagame.

This guy is a perish trapper. Mean looks the foe, taunts to keep the foe from taking me out of battle, uses perish song, and waits out 2 turns with protect. Then I switch out, leaving the foe to die.


I do know I have 3 pokemon weak to 3 types, but I have a pokemon that resists each of those as well, just as an FYI.
