Hi! I am pretty new here and i want to get some fast coins. So, whats better?

What do you mean by coins? If you mean points, I would suggest clicking (feeding) other people's Pokémon by using the 'Users' tab, then clicking as many Pokémon as you can to earn points, this process is easier with the Amulet Coin as you mentioned, so make sure you get a hold of one. You can sell any items you don't need for instant points, sending Pokémon to the Underground can sometimes bring back items you can sell.

If you mean actual coins, they are only available during events, and there isn't one at the moment so I'm assuming you do mean points.

So my advice is to click and sell until you can get that Amulet Coin, it'll make life easier to buy everything else, hope this helps.

I think it's a good idea to buy the amulet coin before the itemfinder. That'll allow you to start earning points faster, which is probably better in the long run.
