Add Subway trainers' creators to the past battles page |

A couple of times I've seen trainers that advertise things/have inappropriate stuff as their loss message, but by that time the current trainer thing on the actual battle subway tab switches so I have no way to report the trainer's creator, so I think having a link to the trainer's creator's name next to the trainer's name in the past battles page would be useful. (I also think the past battles page could get a complete overhaul, but that's a suggestion for another day.)
