I apologize to everyone who was interested in this, but it's simply no longer a good time for me to be running an RP - especially not one as complex as this one. I greatly overestimated the amount of interest it would garner and perhaps made it quite a bit too complicated, so it ended up taking much longer than I thought to fill all the slots.
However! If anyone would like to take over the RP, you are fully allowed to do so! You can even steal my ideas. I don't care. I might even participate, who knows. Again, I'm very very sorry everyone!!
