I just opened a Scratches Card and got an icy looking trinket chest from it. I want to open it but it does not appear anywhere???? Neither on the mobile site nor on the normal site (accessed through smartphone). I definitely have not opened it yet. I just read that the Scratch tab has been removed so I can't look there either.

EDIT: Now it appeared on the normal site, but only after I got my first regular chest of the day (100 clicks). I only understand "train station" (Bahnhof) ��.

You can wait for them to rotate into the evolution items of the regular shop, or use Purchase Power to force them to appear.

Tatsugiri is Dragon/Water, not Water/Dragon, so it will give Dragon-type shards by default.

If you're asking if it will switch to Water-type shards if you have a Draco Plate, the answer is unfortunately, no. Per the Help page, Pokemon will only drop shards of their primary type (except Normal dual-types which drop their non-Normal type's shard). If you already have that type's plate or 5 shards, the Pokemon's shard drops won't change to its secondary type -- it just won't drop a shard at all.

What egg am I missing?

Besides some of the GMax pokemon, I have a complete Pokedex. I have gone up and down in dozens of times, used all the filters, and noticed no eggs missing.

Yet I have 670 eggs, and another player has 671, and I can't figure out what that one missing egg is.

Please help?

A handful of players, including several near the top of the list, have an extra egg in their egg count due to a glitch back in the 2010s. Black and White Kyurem (and possibly some other forms, I don't remember for sure) do not have eggs but were accidentally briefly programmed to be able to be produced by the Lab, and people who obtained those eggs got the +1 to their unique eggs obtained statistic even though the eggs shouldn't have existed and have been patched out.

From what I've heard, my amateur understanding is this is not fixable because the unique eggs obtained stat isn't actually keeping track of anything on the fly, it's just a tally mark that ratchets up by one when you get a new egg and can't ratchet down.

It is very frustrating as this isn't very intuitive for users who are checking their pokedexes for what they're missing as well as it having an impact for our overall site ranking. It truly was driving me nuts.

Subject: Comfey not generating?

I don't know if I'm just getting very unlucky and/or am misinterpreting site data, but I've been scouring the Lab for at least 4 or 5 days now seeking a single Comfey egg. Obviously, I have yet to find one. I know it's a Rare egg and the site has its algorithms for egg creation, but at this rate this just seems unusual? At this point I've taken to watching the Stats page for Pokemon counts and keeping an eye on Comfey's statistics. Thankfully, there are no users breeding Comfey, so any new egg counts would be from Lab generation (unless someone would use a voucher.) The egg count has been consistently unmoving at 452. I haven't noticed the user count to change, and the most I've seen is the pokemon count go down by 3.

Am I mistaken, is this typical/within the site's designs, or is something wrong here?


I just recently started being active on the site again, and I've been trying to complete my non-legendary hatch entries for Alola before moving on to Galar and later Hisui and Paldea to catch up on releases. But this "issue" is really holding me up right now. (On the same note, I haven't really seen Jangmo-o, either, though I haven't been watching for it as closely.)

If all is well, then sorry for the post, and just let me know that I'll have to be patient and maybe a bit lucky in my endeavor. Otherwise, I wanted to bring this up, as this timeframe seems a little excessive..! ;;

Shame for no answer, but I finally found a Comfey egg in the lab that I grabbed and have hatched in the past hour or so. Took several days of searching, though... I do wonder if something was screwy with the egg generator.

Do you already have both the egg and Pokedex entries for them? You must have both in order to either shiny hunt a Pokemon or vote for it in the SWSH.

Also, are you looking under "Paldean Tauros" or just "Tauros"? They are alphabetically categorized in the P's, not the T's.

I have a complete dex, minus Kingambit at the moment.

Is the Kingambit evolution not active yet? I had a Bisharp I'd like to evolve and a second Bisharp in my party since the dex entry says it needs to be near Bisharp to evolve but the option to evolve didn't pop for either of them?

Am I missing something or is it just that nobody can get this pokemon yet?

Unfortunately, the Pokedex programming doesn't display when you need multiple copies of a Pokemon for evolution. To evolve Bisharp, you need it to be near three more Bisharp, not just one.

Is your login username just your email address? Or is it separate? If it's separate, how can I change my actual login name (not merely my display name)?
I would like to change according to a brand/IP I have, and I want to make sure the name is fully claimed by me. So, I'd really like to be able to change my login username along with just what name I have displayed. Is this possible? Does it require administrator help? Or...?

(Note: I am aware of how to change both my email address and display name after searching the forums about this. It is, however, my login name that is of concern to me and that I would like changed also.)
