Are famous Brands allowed in PANE. I mean, like Nike, Doritos, Reebok, Yorkie chocolate bars, etc...?
It's just that's I've been using some (Doritos, Coca Cola and Yorkie bars) in my RPing, and I just want to check that I'm allowed to.

To further that point, are famous shops, such as TESCO's or JJB, allowed?

Oh yeah, and it might be best if an English Mod answered this.

I would say change what you can, don't worry about what you haven't changed. As an example, a popular fast food chain in America, Burger King, was changed to Poke King in an RP I did (the food was terrible, and their mascots were Slowking, Slaking, and Nidoking, all dressed in kingly robes). Also mentioned were Pokebell and McDonphans.

However, actual movies and television shows have been referenced. So who's to say?

From what I have seen in anime, they used those brands, but with the names altered a bit (Like Sony to Somy). There is a word for it, but I forget what its called...

that is what i think about it, though.

I don't particularly care, but it may be more fun to make up your own stuff .
