Well I like raikou because in strengths he is the best because suicune is a water type.

Suicune, definitely. From its looks to its cry to just itself, I tend to think of Suicune as a very fascinating being, if one stops to think about it.

The gerbils' stat totals are all the same, just allotted differently. Just looking through their movepools and stats, my style of battling is reflected best by Raikou.

I'd have to say Entei because i have a shiny one on firered and he looks the hardiest out of al of them. I think suicune is cool with how it has its own subplot and Raikou is probably the best in battles.

First, they're CATS, not dogs. Entei is a lion, Raikou is a tiger and Suicune is a cheetah.

I hate it when people call them Legendary Dogs! They're CATS dang it! Suicune is based off of a cheetah, Raikou is based off of a tiger, and Entei is based off of a lion.

Raikou is my favorite because it doesn't get enough love - it gets a lousy three-episode debut in the regular anime series but no movie based on it, poor fella. It's almost as miserably treated as Ho-oh.

I really love Suicune, the artwork/design for him is beautifully done, his battle cry is somewhat unique and enchanting, and what the pokemon represents (the north wind, and the power to purify water) is awe-inspiring.

I love Suicune so much I have a Suicune plush toy *brick'd* :P

Entei: Entei was my favorite for a short time when I was little. I liked it because it was the coolest Pokemon I'd seen. I hadn't seen Suicune or Raikou yet.
Raikou: I changed from Entei to Raikou because he's just plain awesome and he was always excluded from the trio. You know what I mean? He was always left out. Reasons why:

1. Suicune was the star of Crystal. (Not Raikou. Entei was also left out though too.)
2. In Colosseum, Entei was first. Then Suicune. THEN Raikou. (He was last.)
3. I had another reason, but I forgot it. Dang.

Suicune: Suicune is my current favorite. Look at em'! Plus he's a water type, and I love water types. They're very good. He has good stats and a good movepool. He learns great ice attacks. Suicune is just awesome!

Blatently Raikou. He is an electric type as opposed to water or fire, nneither are super effective against him although i believe all three can learn earthquake.

Raikou. To me, he looks the coolest (and least awkward). Not to mention he has a pretty cool stat distribution, but if I go 100% by that, Suicune is the best. I wish Entei were more useful. :/

I thought that since Suicune had a collie-like snout, that they were all based off of dogs! You know, Entei was supposed to be like a pit bull and Raikou... well, Raikou just had identity issues. So maybe everybody is right. Suicune is dog-based while Entei and Raikou are cat-based.

Anyways I like them all, even though I like Suicune better in terms of design and Entei in terms of epic pwnageness. Sorry Raikou. xD

Oh and to clear this up, Suicune's a leopard cheetah thing, Raikou's a sabertooth and Entei's a lion. Suicune has too many feline features to classify as canine. xD

@Silvair Incorrect. The legendary beast aren't dog or cats. They're based on Mythical beasts.

Anyway, I have trouble with the dogs. I love them all. Sometimes I love Entei more, other times Suicune and other times Raikou. But I guess the one I love most (if I must chose) is Entei.

Fixed.

Earthquake is too common in the metagame, Electric Pokemon get screwed over due to that. With Swampert, and Quagsire, Electric types just can't get through them without Hidden Power (Grass). The lack of resistances and overall flexibility renders most Electric Pokemon down in UU. Raikou is no different. The fact that it uses Hidden Power on majority of its movesets just makes plain. You know what is coming when you battle a Raikou.

Suicune, on the other hand, has a layout of 100/115/115. That spread with the resistances it carries allows Suicune to be an absolute tank. Raikou will never be able to pull this off because of the omnipresent Earthquake. Suicune is overrated, even I admit that, but majority of the people that use it really don't know the beauty that it holds. Suicune's Calm Mind set is bait to Trick users. I try to go around this by removing Rest from its set completely. One Calm Mind is more than enough to secure a good start in a sweep. If people trick a Choice Scarf, I'm lucky. x1.5 + 1 Sp. Attack/Sp. Defense boost will be more than enough with a Hydro Pump ravaging through a team.

I really need an Electric type in my HG, so you know there's my choice Raikou! So cute~ Awesome stats too, I have a pretty slow team (Do you know how annoying it is to have Lance's Dragonite go before my Rayquaza?) and the Pokemon that I have that are on my team are weak, except for Zapdos.

I vote for Suicune! I admit Raikou doesn't get much respect, but I promise Raikou is my second favorite! I just like Suicune because of it's type, design, and overall. Entei is always the favorite of everyone I know in real life. Oh, and about that type wheel thing...

Raikou > Suicune, but Suicune > Entei, while Entei is either weak or normal effective to the other two

I honestly have to say Raikou. He just has the best design, a shame he didn't get proper treatment in the anime. Entei and Suicune both got full movie roles while he got ripoff-ed
