I know you can get them in the UG and prize shop for 10 points but i was wondering if they can come with a pokemon thats hatching like the patato berry and porygon and the blue stone with zan and zergoose

From what i know, you can get them from underground. I'm not sure about from pokemon but if they did the pokemon probably was cherubi and i hatched over 250 eggs of cherubi since they've been released and never hatched with them.

Nope. You can't give a specific pokémon more than 1 item to hatch with. Like you can't assign Cherubi to hatch with 1 of the 3 rocks.
Battle Items are different ('cause they're based on pokémon type, not the pokémon itself) so don't get confused with that But yeah they can't. -------------------- Don't forget to love yourself.
