Ok so this is a shop where any spriter can become a worker. You don't have to be good or anything. It is so people can get better through practice. any pokemon spriting goes from splices to custom trainers. Things like computer drawings and avatars will not be acepted. Every spriter that joins will have be asigned rank when they begin and can move up ranks as thier spriting gets better. The lowest rank is newb and the highest rank is Expert. Your rank will be determined by we the people (by poll)

Graduating
one more rank is being added, but it shall be hard to obtian. for this is a spriting academy at points you will be able to graduate. Graduated people will have to do the following to graduate.

*be voted expert
*pass test (a series of sprite request pmed to you. then sprites will be displayed and other workers will be able to vote on if you should graduate or not)

the acedeamy will also be closing to aplications soon a max of 16 students will be acepted and there are 4 spots left.

graduates examples will be displayed on a seperate post than the first two they will pretty much have thier own section of the shop. they will be given a badge to display in thier sig showing they have graduated. Graduates will have thier own special worker codes and other things which i will list later. the badge they get will be put up soon.
If you qualifly you can pm me starting on October 10th

I am also going to look for a person to contribute to this shop by creating the tests for the members and be 25% of the vote on if they should become graduate. PM if you wish to have this position.

Once the school is closed to aplications i will start doing the polls of what rank a person should be agian.

I've tried joining loads of contests for practice, but I think joining here would be good, too. I'm a limited spriter, so I need all the practice I can get.

if you want to get a photo on the internet you can use web sites such as iaza. once it is on iaza you can just click the image and the url will come up in the place where you type your urls

I'm always trying new things, so I might be able to offer more edits later. As a note, the Ditto Morph is going through a trial, so I may ask to take that down. Other then that, I have quite a number of sprites, including Trainer, Item and Pokemon sprites from HgSs.

Your Work Is Very Unique. You have good techniques but maybe use a program to get rid of the white backround and make it transparent . Otherwise . Fab 9/10



No The Greatest Of The Work. They look very plain and boring from my point of view but from someone elses view they could be wow .
They would look even better with transparent backround .
They are unique and there is nothing else like em

Sorry for taking so long Phoenix Wright, my life just got a cold. xD
I wasn't able to go on the computer much at all, and my cold was being mean to me.

At the first one, I scratched the gray headband thingy on gallades's head on the pokeball, so that's why it looks so weird.
