Hey guys! Been a while!!!! Anyone getting really bad site lag? Just wondering...is there anything to fix it up? I'm waiting 15-20 seconds to load the poke's. Also not my internet. its got over 1000 speed. I know its not that....
Anything we can do to help? Or just let it roll....I really want to keep playing today  It's been over 10 years, never seen it this bad since the site had over 2000 players daily...I miss those fun days....

That has to suck for the owners too, means less adds if less clicking....just thought it may help to bring it to their attention. This has been the case for me as well. I've been coming and going to check on the lag throughout the day, but it made it a bit of a slog. I figured it was just the increase in traffic, seems logical and all that.

Oh woops super late, BUT
We think it may be a lot of things combined, like the huge activity due to the event and such. HOWEVER there are certain things that could help, maaaaybe. If you have a lot of trinkets in your possession, try to exchange them to Sky Gifts! Apparently, there are SO MANY trinkets in the site, even more than Pokemon, that it may be one of the factors that id slowing down the site. So, not opening Pokechests (hoarding them, then) and changing them to Sky Gifts might help the site: - Not opening the Pokechests helps the site in not creating new individual Trinkets - The Sky Gifts "removes" some of the existing Trinkets from the site So yeah!  I do think that most of the lag came from the huge increase in activity, BUT if we can help with the Trinkets too, it might help a little bit and who knows, if we all pitch in, it would probably make a bigger difference!

You're not the only one to have the site lag issue as, unfortunately, I'm on the same boat lately.
I do hope the admins would fix this problem and make it more properly optimized. |
