Flaming Zorua doesn't seem to be affected by the 2 novelty rule? |

Well, I keep seeing Flaming Zorua despite having a shiny Flaming Zoroark AND a Flaming Zorua in my PC. Should this be happening?
I could be misinterpreting it and Flaming Zorua and Zoroark count for different species, but I doubt it - I didn't see Charmander Clones with a Charmeleon and Charizard Clone... That "rule" isn't true for some Novelties, such as Slime Slugma, btw.
