Well, I have no clue what so ever (as in when I summoned the pkmn) but it was sometime during the past month.
I had a soul dew, (X-mas eve) with no legendary, and before that, a gracida flower (or how ever you spell it), and NO SHAYMIN!
And the only legendary I had in my party was a Ho-Oh, for atleast the Soul Dew, but the g.flower was way before the Ho-Oh event. Thanks!

I just used the Griseous Orb, and no legendarys came up for me. I only have 1 very rare pokemon egg (articuno) and 1 novelty egg (easter buneary). I have a plain rare egg too (happini), if that is what causing it, but I dont think so. Ive checked for about 10 minutes now, and I couldnt find a discription relating to a legendary. I may have just been unlucky and missed it, however. I dont know, becuase this is my first time useing a summon..

EDIT: If its any relevence, I sent out a charmander for the secret santa, and got that happini egg mentioned.

I used an Adamant Orb to try to summon Dialga, I think around the Dec 20th Dec give or take a few days. (npt sure if I was affected or just unlucky...)

I used the flower around 120am and later on with a Lunar Wing around 620 am. Today. *forgot to tell the date*

I used a repel both times and there were no eggs to be found in the lab.


Also, thank you so much for looking into this and fixing it.

It must have been that I put Manaphy into the Secret Santa.

On Thursday, December 31st 2009 at 10:45 (I believe this is the time...) I used a Gracidea (spelling erg) flower to summon a Shaymin. I also had bought a repel to use after I did so, I used it, and never so much as saw the Shaymin egg.

I had a winter vulpix egg, a slime slugma egg in my party at the time I believe. Earlier that day I had hatched an easter buneary and stored it in my PC.

And I gave a MissingNo. egg for the exchange.

I found a Blue Treasure Chest with a Soul Dew in it.
I tried to use it (I forget the exact day I tried to use it, but it was at 10:45) and nothing ever showed up.

I had two event eggs in my party (Articuno and Darkrai) so I don't know if this counts.

If it doesn't sorry to be a bother, and completely disregard this in which case.

Sunday 20th December. Forgive me I can't remember the exact time but I think it was about 11am my time, so 6am server time perhaps? I used a red orb, and had mainly charmander eggs in my party. I never saw the egg in the lab.

I used a Red Orb today (around 8:10 am my time/ 7:10 server time) and it's been 5 minutes and I don't see the egg that I summoned...

And the new update says the summon can be seein right away and that only the person who summoned it can see it for the first 5 mins...

EDIT: Also, I only have 2 Starters eggs, a common egg, Tropius and Darkrai... 5 Pokemon in total.

I don't know if my problem fits so sorry if it doesn't, not trying to lie here

I gave a Giratina for secret santa and

on the 25th had a Zapdos egg and a missingno. at least, and used Lustrous Orb, at about 20:45pm srever time

On the 26th, used Blue Orb, around 8am server time I think.

Seen none of the eggs, refreshed it, had multiple tabs , used repel, (had a couple of 504 errors), etc.

I know I am not to post here if it doesn't concern me. But so is it like 'If you have X amount of Novelty/Legendary Pokemon in your party, you can't get a legend from a summoning?'

So how much is the 'X' amount (Sorry if this is a dumb question)

^ I believe it's 3... and also, I gave a Missingno during the SS event, so it's a Novelty, I guess...

EDIT: Also, I dunno if this issue is still up to today, so maybe I just didn't see it due to lagging dial-up or something... idk... oh well, but it would have been nice to know if I was also affected by this issue somehow... =x

Okay mine was a bit different but still was a bug. I did see the egg I summoned (giratina) but i clicked it 3 times but everytime the lab just refreshed and I didn't got the egg.
It was sunday december 27th and I think the exact time I summoned was 5:29-30PM server time.

I used a Magma Rock to summon Heatran on January 2.But it didn't appear...?

On December 26 at some time between 2 AM and 6 AM CST I used a repel to ensure that there were no lab eggs that would block my summon from appearing. After which, I used my Magma Rock then fruitlessly searched the lab, eventually buying another repel and using it to attempt to flush it out. No egg appeared again.

I believe I had a Mew, my Ho-Oh Egg and possibly a Zergoose Egg/Manaphy on my team at the time.

I have no idea if this is related to it, because I can't remember a time or date, or even what was in my party because I just assumed my luck was somehow crap--

--but I summoned a Groudon or whatever within the last week or so, and it never showed up. I just figured I got distracted or something and missed it. Never occurred to me it could be this. Well, it might not even be this, but here's my post.

Yesterday at about 9 PM I used a Lustrous to summon a Palkia.
There is no egg in the lab when I summoned,but it keeps empty after it.
I don't see even an egg in the first mins.
I had two very rare egg(Darkrai and Rayquaza)in party when I used my summoning item and I don't remember whether I have novelty in party exactly.
I hope the bug is fixed completely more than the compensation.
I don't know if my problem fits so sorry if it doesn't, not trying to lie here.

I lost 2 pokemon this way

1) On Thursday I used my Silver Wing at 3:30-ish(PM) (Server Time) and didn't see the Lugia egg even though the Lab was completely empty. I had one Very Rare egg in my party at the time being and no Novelty eggs.

2) Friday I used a Blue Orb at 12:13AM (Server Time) and, once again, didn't see the Kyogre egg in the lab even though the Lab had no eggs. I had no Very Rare eggs in my party at the time, but I did have a Novelty.

I got and used a flower on 12/24 (I'm 90% sure), and got nothing. I did put a Regigigigigigigas in the Secret Santa. I also had a bidofo egg and a winter vulpix egg at the time, and a hatched zergoose. I don't know if that should affect anything; I'm not sure what the 'rules' are.

I summoned up a Dialga Egg on December 31st around 11:50PM. I think I'm an hour behind server time. The site went offline a little while after that, and I had a Legendary and Novelty eggs in my Party, but I don't remember a third. And I put an Eevee into the Secret Santa. My egg never showed up. I don't know if it's because I had two(possibly three) very rare eggs or because the site went offline. I just want to make sure. Thank you.

Now that I think of it, I had abandoned a Charmander egg but it's only a Rare egg. Not Very Rare.

I cant remmber the name of the items name but i remmber its description that it had a arua of darkness and i used it on the 29th or the 30th one of those two but i think i was the 30th and there was no eggs.
