I'm pretty sure different forms are counted as a completely different species of Pokemon, just like evolutions, so the different forms wouldn't be counted.

Gotta say, I really like the new set of achievements. Don't want to sound like a know-it-all (because it seems pretty logical when one thinks about it), but I knew the Johto Gym Leaders would be part of them. But what really delighted me was the fact that almost all the other achievements were breeding ones (and several with clever titles or match-ups to boot). A lot of the non-Gym January achievements required a lot of patience ("BoB", "EA") and/or luck ("Pokii", "PHtG")

awesome i predicted correct that theyll have a johto gym leader. next month will be honnen and next next month will be sinnoh is what i predict. but i still like the new achievments im still trying to finish januaray's gym stuff... ohh well

Loving the new achievements, but kind of upset that we can't use evolutions. For example i bred a luvdisc and octilirage and hatched it, but no achievement. *sad face*
