Not the most tactful exit..., But hey, I guess I'm back?

Unbreakable Team

So at the beginning of the year (or a bit before it), I left without a word and in the middle of a roleplay, rather hypocritically as I often whine about people who do that exact thing and I apologise for doing that. Me leaving didn't even have to do with me not liking it (though I did have some pretty bad writer's block). No, it really had to do with me being very... disheartened with the state of the site, including the roleplay sections. It's all just so... dead... and I've lost interest in GPX years ago.

However, I feel very, very attached to this forum. I joined it in 2009 when I was 15 (!!!) even though I really disliked forums and interacting with strangers (still kinda do, but I digress) out of sheer boredom. I acted like I didn't like Pokémon anymore in real life as I was in that high school phase where people said Pokémon was for children. It was my way of keeping up with it. However, the biggest thing was that I wanted to try roleplaying; I don't remember why but I wanted to try roleplaying. As a result, this website was my first introduction to making friends overseas and creative writing. I haven't joined any other forum, actually. I have a handful of friends from here that I still talk to daily (or nearly daily) that I all met through RPs. I found myself a passion in writing through this site and it means a whole lot to me.

I'm mainly here for the roleplaying (see: PANE), and though it seems to be dying (that was part of the reason I left) I've decided to stay and try to keep RPing in PANE even though there hasn't been any activity in a month. I gotta admit, looking at my grade out of curiosity sparked this.

So... yeah, I'm back, more or less. Hopefully this is just a temporary rut.
