Sorry if this is a repeat thread, but I checked through a few pages of the forum and didn't find anything, so...


I decided to reorganise my boxes today, to make it easier for me to get clicks quickly when I decided to take a break on obtaining eggs - previously I categorised my Pokémon according to what sort of Pokémon they were. For example, I had a box of purple Pokémon (since I go out of my way to collect them), and also a box of "baby" Pokémon (cutesy or literally classifiable as babies). There was also a box of Eevees and Eeveelutions.

However, upon reorganisation, they're in boxes according to what type of berry they like! It makes it easier for me to switch them out into my party and have, say, a party full of Chesto-eaters, for example.


And it made me wonder - how does everyone else organise their boxes? I'm really curious about this, like, whether you have a set system or something that you use, or whether you just let them pile up box by box in no particular order. xD

i have a box for my bulbasaurs (trying to collect a full box's worth), a box for my eevees, a box for my starter pokemon and a box for my internet memes (mudkip, bidoof, etc). after that all my boxes are the type of pokemon (water, fire, ground, etc).

I organize my boxes by type for the ones that I need to evolve, and for the one's that're already evovled/don't evolve I put in their respective public boxes. ^.^

Wow, I guess I should go reorganize my boxes. The similar berry tastes sound like a good idea.

As of now, I just have a box of unEvolved pokemon and Pokemon in their final evolutions. ^^;;

By egg group is the way i find it easier, i did have it to 'rares', 'commons' etc. But got hard breeding so its better for me having a number of boxes for different egg groups. I know you can sort by clicking in that box but wastes my time.

By National Dex number. I'm eventually going to try completing my pokedex and having one of each Pokemon, but if I only get the non-legendaries, I'm fine. They're the sprinkles on the cake of success.

My extra boxes will be for the Unown, if I go for all of them, spare Eeevees and Eeveelutions, event Pokemon, and anything else I decide to collect.

I think it depends on what you will do recently. For me, I decide to produce some eggs, so I make lables of egg groups on my boxes.

I put my fav pokemon - on this site - in box 1. Box 2 is filled up with not-used pokemon, and so is 3.

I sort my pokemon according to gender, and I line them with the same species or its evolutions...
But I think your idea of sorting according to berry preference is very good!

As it is, Multiple Evolved and Non-evolved boxes. I intend to get around to changing them to something else someday... But that is how they will stay for now XD, Makes it a bit easier (Though I still have to consult my dex on what might evolve quicker)

Works in Progress = Pokemon that need evolved to second stage.

Second Evolutions = Pokemon in their second evos.

Final Evos = Self explanatory

Breeding Pairs = Self Explanatory

Novelties/Legends = Self Explanatory

Starters = Starter pokemon!


I aim to have a party box eventually but I haven't gathered up my entire party just yet. n_n

I've got my boxes organized by evolutions. (1st, 2nd, final and whatnot.) I'm also thinking of maybe organizing them by egg groups or types to make breeding a little easier.

I go by national dex too! I want to switch it back to faves and nonfaves but oh well, too much time XD

They were sorted according to rarity, but now its berry preference. I might change it to evolution stage later on, but for now this is good.

At the moment, since I'm new, I don't have any pokemon or eggs in my boxes.
Though, I suppose once I start putting pokemon in the boxes..I'll do it by type.
I have no desire, as of right now, to collect a multiple of any pokemon (aside from eevee but that's to get all it's evos).

Names of my boxes... FinalStage, FinalStgS (Shelter), to put those pokemon which don't need evolution anymore.

A few boxes such as 10-20, 20-30, for the number of levels needed left to evolve, and whether they're shelter pokemon or not. (If they are, I put an S)

One box for the pokemon that are extra special to me.

One box for all my 'happily eats anything' pokemon. Right now, all the pokemon I rotate out for leveling are of this type.

Another box for 'unsorted' just in case I'm in a hurry.

My 'random' box, a catch-all for those which are /very/ close to evolution, those that need items, those which need to wait 5 days and those that evolve by happiness.
