I'm new here, so I'm still trying to figure everything out like which eggs are which. (For the less obvious ones at least)
So I pick whatever looks interesting at the time. Also I grab mudkips whenever I see them. Cause they are my favorites! <3 --------------------  I always click back!  |

I used to box my hatchlings immediately and run to the shelter/lab for more eggs... now I can't find anything I don't have yet, so I'm just evolving what I've boxed before. Still stalking the shelter though, as soon as I find a new egg something goes to the box to make room for it

I try to get eggs I don't have, preferrably that I like.

What do you look for when picking your next egg?
Piplup or Starly! One you've never had before? It would be o_o One to add to your army? I should make a Bidoof army or something.. Do you try to find your favorite pokemon? Nah~ It'll never be there ;.; Do you go to the lab to pick or the shelter? Shelter~ --------------------    |

At the moment I mainly choose eggs I can't identify.

I generally run through the National Pokedex. I miean, I'm missing Ditto and Heracross out of the first two generations, and of course the Legendaries, but unless I find something REALLY rare in the Shelter like a Rotom or a Solrock, I'll be going after whichever Pokemon follows my current Party.

Generally I just level up the ones that have hatched.
If they can't evolve (having no evolution or stone-only), I pop 'em in a box and refresh the Shelter a few times. I try to look for pokémon I really want (Happiny, Cubone, Elekid), buuuut my luck is awful, so well. --------------------  ☁ my party: ☁   ☁ proudly affiliated with: ☁    |

When it's time for me to get a new egg I usually have an egg in mind that I want so I go to the shelter to find it ^^ Pretty full proof actually. I completed my short wish list in relatively short time with this method.
