The next command was given. In Spanish…

“Haha! Don’t you know I watch the PANE Channel 4 news?!” Carmen laughed out loud, folding her arms across her less-than-modest bosom. “We literally just saw a winner at the Petropolis Gym with that strategy – no Hall or Gym Leader or even a Jockey would fall for that! And, it only really works effectively with speed attacks!”

The swirling hail around the Swords dance made a beautiful display and coupled with the powerful Icy Wind fro the Sneasel, a predictably large projectile was headed towards the Hall Leader’s Pokemon. The many copies of Jolteon sprang into action at Carmen’s command of ‘get on top of that attack, right now!’ and flew towards the collision point of the moves. Then, she cleared her voice and spoke very loudly:

“Ruckzuckheib!”

*How does your medicine taste, Mr. Rojas!?!*

Paff, paff, paffpaffpaffpaff! The Double Team images pounced upon the shattering sphere, exploding into a localised cloud of scintillating lights, disturbed by the Hail to create extremely fine wisps of a multitude of colours that inspired an audible “Ahhh!” from the audience. Then, through the gorgeous mist, came the attack.

The speeding shapes of Spark and Frost, nicked and bruised from the powerful hit they had just both taken, were on the offensive – a double Quick Attack taking them face-to-face with their opponents in the blink of an eye. Mimicking the wake-captured haze of Tybalt, both Jolteon and Glaceon traced a zigzag path across the arena platforms resulting in an intertwining trail that glittered and sparked behind the twin comets that hit their targets.

BAM! The impact was strong on both the Zangoose and the Sneasel. Points feel for Cesc, leaving him clining on by the skin of his teeth – around 30% still remaining for the Hall Leader. Over a minute on the clock to go meant only one thing. One more move would decide the match.

COIN FLIP!?!?!?! (click to show)

Cesc shrugged non-chalantly as Carmen announced the inherent flaw in his 'strategy'. He hadn't aimed to be unique by any means, and the language flip had served his needs. The Hall Leader had not been able to fully predict the move from his commands. Instead, the slowness of his attack had given her ample time to react. Though, she'd given away her own response through explanation:

Ruckzuckheib was clearly not english, and after her brief lecture on how it was only effective for speed attacks, Cesc was ready.

"Golpes Furia!. Cortefuria!"

After recovering from the hit, Cesc's two pokemon sprung into action as well. With the Jolteon and Glaceon finally in close range in full, the duo was able to unleash the full fury of their claws. The barrage of slashes captured the remaining wisps of mist, shaping them with each slash aimed at the two enemies with the excellent control and coordination that Cesc's pokemon had displayed throughout the entire contest. Spark and Frost had received more damage over the course of the match, and with Tybalt's Swords Dance active, his Fury Cutter was much more damaging than it looked.

With Oberon having received only minimal damage from a quick attack, he was in better shape than his partner, Tybalt, who had endured not only the constant hail, but the Crystal Kicks in full. Now, though, sensing the urgency in their trainer's voice, they had thrown their all into this last synchronized attack.

“And would you look at that!” Gillian Meridian’s voice on the loudspeaker grated on Carmen’s nerves. Yes, she could see what was going on perfectly fine, thankyouverymuch. And she did not like the look of it one bit.

Caught up in the absolute ferocity of the Fury Cutter and Fury Swipes attacks at close range, both Spark and Frost were contained in a small space that was rapidly becoming thick with snow and ice as the slashing attacks drew in blasts of Hail from all directions. Head, neck, shoulder, back, flank, legs. All over, both Pokemon were being struck with reckless abandon that Carmen rarely had to compete with on the stage – the move seemed more suited to a Gym Battle than a Contest! Yes, those attacks were very Cool, indeed! But they were more Tough than Cool – Carmen could see that as easily as any judge. But then again, with no room to manoeuvre…

“Spark use Pin Missile!” Carmen cried but, unable to regain his footing to launch the attack, her Jolteon simply stumbled lower to the deck.
“Frost! Try your Barrier!” Desperation broke into the Hall leader’s voice that time but her Glaceon could do nothing to relieve it – she was already unconscious.

DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!

Double X’s showed on all judge scoreboards and, as the Hail cleared, the reasoning could be shown. Within still time on the clock, the match was over as the shapes of Spark and Frost lay motionless on the central platform of the arena.

“It’s a Double KO!” Gillian roared over the screaming crowd and hurried to Cesc’s side, grabbed an arm and held it aloft over his head. “Cesc Rojas is our first winner of the evening! But, before we come back to the stage, please stay tuned for these important messages!”

Gritting his teeth as he peered into the swirling mist created by his pokemon's attacks, he only vaguely heard the response from Carmen. He brushed it aside, as it was do or die with his points so low.

He heard something sounding like a buzzer, and his head immediately snapped to the points-board, where both sides appeared unchanged. Confusion flitted across his face as he stared at the board, now unsure as to what the buzzer had signified. Before long, his eyes settled on the judges' panel, where he saw a trio of x's lit up on their screens.

Turning his head back to the match, he watched as the field cleared, revealing that his two pokemon were still standing, gazing down at the defeated forms of their opponents. His desperation move had been more suited for a gym match, but it did the trick. As a last-ditch attack, it had served to knock out both Jolteon and Glaceon, which meant...

A yank on his arm indicated that Gillian had marched over to him, and hefted it aloft. A huge grin broke on to Cesc's face as he pumped his free arm in the air. Once Gillian let go, Cesc threw off his tank top like a soccer player, twirling it over his head in celebration as his two pokemon moved to join him, dancing with him as they celebrated their first win. He'd completely abandoned his veneer of calm as the spirit of winning wrapped up around him. The three cavorted around for a moment, as if they'd just pulled off a massive upset...which they basically had. Sheer luck had once again been on Cesc's side, and he didn't deny in the least that he'd been outclassed by the Hall Leader. Nevertheless, a win was a win, and he roared happily back in the faces of the cheer crowd.

After a moment, with Cesc's gentlemanly facade completely gone, he smoothed the shirt to his torso, and knelt down next to Tybalt and Oberon.

"Excellent work, my friends." he wrapped his arms around them, pulling them into a hug. As he stood back up, he blew a kiss over to Carmen, still trying hard not to stare at her...assets. Slipping his shirt back on, he gathered up his discarded clothes from the floor near him, and walked off the stage, followed closely by his friends. He started to walk towards the stands, but was directed by the floor-staff towards the Victor's Booth, which had completely slipped his mind.

His first contest had been a success, but it wasn't over yet. The studious portion of his brain whipped out his "Co-ordinator in You" book from seemingly nowhere, and he began to jot down notes on the performances, recalling with almost perfect clarity the match he had with Carmen, noting her techniques, and the ones that had sprung up in his moments of inspiration. If there was time, he'd go back over the Appeal Rounds. As the next two battles took the stage, he'd pay close attention to Shalim's and Seiccan's battles, to see what he could glean from those as well.

"Quite a combination," Seican commented, meant for both sides, "and quite the babe!" That one was for Carmen. Still, his comment about hails and bikinis echoed in the back of his head, but he was ignoring it.He was focusing on her rhythm and how she planned things out, watching the well=practiced combinations getting played out. She even decided to pull off another language to get Cesc off his game as well. Why can't people just speak English?! even then, he got a KO finish instead of style.

"Alright. Now we just got to prove we are better by getting Carmen to become one of my fan girls!" Seican yelled out loud, getting a set of odd stares his way. His plan with Speaker and Record: there was none. He didn't practice any fancy combos like Cesc or prepare tricky strategies. He just went with the mood of the moment and whatever popped into his head and took advantage. Carmen is a babe who read Cesc easily and played off his own moves.

Like he will be toyed around like that.

“Wow! Pansage and Ferroseed are both unable to battle and the challenger’s points have reached zero all within the time limit!!!” Gillian’s announcement was meet with cheers for the Hall Leader and gasps of surprise for the loss of Shalim Lithilliq as she collapsed to her knees at the end of the battle. “The combination of Brick Break and Reflect to make a Shattering Jab combination has denied our contestant a Ribbon, leaving only one more opportunity for this evening – let’s make it an amazing battle!”

The crowd seemed to maintain its high level of energy as Shalim, crest-fallen and cradling the Pokeballs that had recalled her fainted Unova duo. Although she had won using the element of surprise with brand new Pokemon from Unova and landed a double KO in Petropolis, Shalim had failed to take Carmen by the same tactics. According to this Hall Leader, Unova Pokemon were no longer a mystery and Gym battle tactics wouldn’t work twice against her in one evening. The result – a defeated Co-Ordinator.

“And now, live from Fidona’s Contest Hall, give it up for Seiccan Serroc!” Gillian called out the challenger as Carmen took a sip of cocktail and readied two more Pokeballs.

*Well, that felt a LOT better!* Carmen thought to herself as she went over the next combinations with the pair of Pokemon she was about to choose. *Let’s make it two out of three!*

“Take the stage! Jynx and Chinchou!” Carmen released her next two combatants – the Jynx stepping out of a storm of black clouds and lightning bolts while the Chinchou trailed a streem of bubbles and love hearts as it splashed down into the arena’s watery depths.

Seemed like the chick failed in her shot usong the new Pokemon. Oh well, not his problem. However, when it came time for Seican to enter the field, a smiled crawled onto his face. "Showtime." And of course what better way to enter than a big, loud, flashy entrance.

With the speakers suddenly letting out a steady beat, Seican began to walk onto the stage, playing along in something a lot more hardcore than his opening performance, which now fits for leather jacket he wore. What sounded like random ramblings, he finally got up on stage, stopping the ramblings as the beat got steadier. "Is she really telling lies again?" he sang out, now on the battle corner, facing the audience. "Doesn't she realize," He suddenly faced her and held out the two Pokeballs, "she's in danger?"" With that intro ending, it was time for combat against his foes: a Chinchou and Jynx.

"Alright, Speaker, Record, time for our encore!" Seican called out, releasing the two Pokeballs, which exploded open like fireworks as the Ariados and Whismur landed on the platform. He wanted to see her tactics first, so he planned on starting with something that seems (in his mind) impossible to turn around as an opening.

"Record, Scary Face. Speaker, Howl!" Facing the Jynx, the Ariados shot a web upwards to the roof, letting it get ito the air a bit to reveal his back, using his body to create something that would be considered a demo's face. And with Whismur's Howl, it added in a chilling effect onto the face, as if the demon was letting out the cry himself. Try reversing that.

*Lowering speed and raising attack, all while looking pretty Cool…* Carmen waited for the combo to end before she called for her own Pokemon to move. Clearly this Seiccan guy was going to go with a set-up strategy or some sort of bait for a close-quarters offense. In any case, she’d have to stall right back. True, she had taken a loss of point at the start but once again, her battle strategy would have to chop and change like a lightning bolt.

“Chinchou!” She called, her blue fish leaping from the water to land on the back of Jynx’s head. His bulbs extended to their full length over her head like a pair of bizarre-looking horns and once in position, the next command came.

“Jynx use Light Screen!”

“Jynxjynxjyyynx!” The Humanshape’s arms windmilled in front of her for a moment as a glittering shield of golden light materialised around them, many sided and spinning…

“And Chinchou, Confuse Ray right now!”

“Chou!” A brilliant flash from within the shield and the Light Screen was illuminated from within like a grounded disco ball. Motes of light danced around the entire arena with the rotation of the shield around the duo but then, all of a sudden, the Light Screen stopped spinning and a small hole opened in the front. Right on cue, the Confuse Ray shot forth from the aperture right at the Whismur.

"Now that is cool," Seican said, wishing he had a disco beat ready for the short moment. Sure, he would of probably hurt himself there, but it deserved some music. However, the disco ball quickly became a cannon, so now it was time for him to act.

"Alright, wrecking ball time!" Record, String Shot! Speaker, Astonish!" With the Ariados spitting a string onto Whismur's back, he gave the quiet Pokemon a quick swing... right into the Confuse Ray. Sure, it could of been a dick move there and instead pull her out, but instead she took it so she could add a purple hue to herself as she swung around.

Now came the unknown calculations. The aim was so the Whismur could hit the Jynk, making her flinch, as the two opponents get entangled in the string of a chain. However, no matter how she hits, it would be enough for her to get off, hit the floor, and roll into the pool water... on the opposite side of the field.

Carmen was more than a little surprised to see a little Whismur get flung around on a String Shot but it wasn’t her opinion of the crazy move that mattered. Points fell on her side of the scoreboard as the cryptic powers of Astonish took on and blended with Confuse Ray. True, it looked good and it made good use of the Hall Leader’s moves, but Carmen couldn’t say she was much of a fan of that combo. It was disappointing for her visiting rocker not to play out with some amazing audio moves but her own personal view sadly had no weight in this battle.

“Jynx, hang tight!” Carmen urged as the flying Whismur passed through the Light Screen and collided with the Humanshape’s side. Naturally, the Psychic-type did not enjoy having a Ghost attack thrown in its face and her angry lips came out of the glow of Light Screen in a grimace of rage. Threads of silk gathered around upon her shoulders and in her hair, sticking down to the ground to impede her movements further. Her body gave a further shudder, rendering her unable to counter attack.

*Huh. Reduction of speed again and a flinching move? Maybe he’s got some sort of strategy going on here, after all…*

With a rather graceless splash, the pink ears of the Whismur splashed into the water. “Chinchou, after it!”

“Chooou!” Carmen’s fish sprang free of the depths of Jynx’s hair where it had evaded the String Shot and dove after his opponent.

“Great! Now use Thunder Wave!”
The pool of water that made up the arena took on a golden hue as the paralytic energies of Thunder Wave spread through the water.
“And Jynx, use Ice Punch on the water!”
With only one step, Jynx managed to reach the edge of her platform where she screamed, throwing her fist down into the pool. With a flash, the surface of the pool began to freeze, spreading out from her platform in a crackling circle right over where Whismur and Chinchou disappeared and towards the platform over which the Ariados remained suspended.

Gillian’s voice boomed on the speakers: “And there you have it! Carmen’s Frozen Wave combo! How will Seiccan respond!?”

OKay, confused and paralyzed. Why such abuse to the Whismur, who was still so small? Not only that, but he has yet to be loud, until now at least. Pointing his pic at the Contest leader, he told her, "Now I have you right where I want you, or did you not know sound waves are amplified underwater?!" Sure, it makes it hard to breathe as well, but if done right, the small girl could do it. "Now let's use Round!"

With the hanging Ariados screeching, a purple wave could be seen coming from his mouth. Under the ice, a pink set could be seen shining under the ice, until a brought light from the source began to shine brightly. "Don't tell me..." Seican stated, grinning as he got his guitar ready to play a little tune until the light faded. From there, there were no more waves of light for the moment.

"Now then, CRANK IT TO ELEVEN, LOUDRED!" The waves came again, but were more of a dull purple as underwater, the newly evolved loud Pokemon began to scream upwards, not only from being confused, but also disoriented in the chilling water. Loud is a loose term, however, as from going on from the quiet little girl she was, her voice was booming through the water. Maybe if she got the right pitch, she could shatter the ice with her voice.

Was that Night Shade? The attack wielded by the bug Pokemon washed over Jynx causing her a good deal of distress and pain. Carmen was thankful that she was a sturdy beast but wondered how many more hits she could really take. And then…

*Awww, CRAP!* Carmen grit her teeth. Timely evolutions always meant serious points and for once they would be falling dramatically on her half of the scoreboard. What sheer dumb luck! And what was that attack that was being roared from under the ice? Uproar? Howl?

The field of ice, resonating with the call from the water below, began to crack and release puffs of crystals from the surface to create a mystical aura over the ice. It was pretty to say the least until the soundwaves grew to such a level that chunks of the ice actual began to burst away from the surface!

“Jynx! Confusion! Catch those shards of ice! Chinchou! Use Spark on the Ariados!”

The flying debris from the Loudred’s attack were snagged from the air, receiving the blue shine of the Psychic move while the azure body of Chinchou came rocketing out of the ice.
Psychic-imbued shards slashed the Ariados and its web, cutting it so that the bug plopped back down onto its platform. Then, as it landed, the crackling body of Chinchou slammed it from behind. *Splash!* The Ariados was in the drink, along with its screaming friend.

Carmen looked quickly to the timer. Not much time was remaining!

For once she started attacking in this match it seemed like, and she even seemed to of been unfamiliar with Round, seeing how (unknowingly to him) she confused Round with Howl or Uproar. With the ice shattering, the Loudred was able to see light and get her head out of the water to quickly catch her breath. "Cmon now, use that jaw of yours!" THis was supposed to meant more screaming because of time, but Speaker took it differently and used it to Bite down on... the floating platform.

Confusion kicked in, causing her to bite the floating platform and hurt her teeth before spazzing out in pain, and jsut as quickly did Speaker spazzed, she froze, PAralysis leaving the Loud Mouth POkemon in a funny position floating on the water, only damage done was small teeth marks from her bite. Something Seican may play off of.

"Record, Night Shade!" With a pulse from the spider's eyes, cracks quickly began to crawl along the platform, breaking up more and more until it reached the slowed down Jynx where an explosion of dust and water occurred, having her fall through the platform into the water. Well, she would have if it actually did happen. Night Shade is just a tricky illusion after all the spider used to crawl out of the pool and shake himself off.

Time was running short, but Seican felt good about this match. He even began to think about which tune he should play to celebrate his victory.

Carmen was thankful that her Jynx, used to battling in this arena, was more than capable of levitating herself to the surface of the pool with a blast of psychic energies. Only a couple of moves would be enough to seal the match for either combatant but it was the outcome of the moves that would spell out the victor. Clearly, the newly evolved Loudred still had plenty of energy so a double KO was out of the question. That only meant one thing to Carmen - her speciality.

"Jynx, Mean Look! Chinchou, use Thunder Wave!"

The psychic type's brow drew down into an evil grimace, a camera shot of her features playing on the massive screen over the stage. Her hair stood out on end, waving menacingly like a medusa just as her skirts swirled and curled upwards in a double-wave effect around her body. A scary image, indeed. And if that weren't enough...
Leaping back out of the water, Chinchou's antennae pulled wide behind Jynx and fired off bolt of electricity across the arena at the Ariados. The effect, while paralysising the second foe, was creating a stormy aura of lightning around the enraged form of Jynx, the splash of Chinchou's return to the water creating a wave that scattered around her depicting the Humanshape as some sort of angry electrical goddess of the sea.

Points rapidly fell for Seiccan. He would have to pull off some pretty impressive combination to bring Carmen's score down to the same level as his.

Mean look is a bit pointless when it comes to a double battle where switching is impossible in the first plce, which only meant one thing: her aim was points. After a loss in battle and a win on both sets, it seemed she was ending the day with a points competition. Sure, Seican still had the option of double knockout, but victory is a victory. And as she focused on the Ariados, the Loud Mouth Pokemon recovered from her confusion and approached the slowed down Jynx from behind.

Holding down a chord on his guitar, he let off a strum, which had no real ring with it not being plugged in. However, he still had his own personal Speaker who knew the notes and pitches, as well as the volume cranked up to 11 at close rang, only meant one thing: painful ears for Jynx and Cuinchou to not only ruin their combination, but a harmful surprise Uproar to put on a bigger punch and wear. Unfortunately for Record, the paralysis kicked in right away, preventing any combination.

Either way, it is hard to make heads or tails on how this may end.

The sheer power of an up-close Uproar was enough to dispel the crackling aura around Jynx and pin her down with high-power sound waves. She stumbled to one knee, resulting in a drop in Carmen’s points and a set of small frowns from the judges. Carmen shot a look at the clock. Five seconds.

“Chinchou! Bubble!”

Leaping back out of the water, Carmen’s angler fish sprayed bubbles right over the platform that held the Loudred and Jynx. With the waves of breath that the Loudred was pumping out, the bubbles were scattered over the arena where they all burst in a shower of dazzling droplets.

The buzzer sounded.

“And, for our final result her in Fidona’s Contest Haaaall!” Gillian’s voice resounded through the building, all eyes glued the the scoreboard for the final result. “Our winner is our very own Carmen!”

The crowd went wild as the Hall Leader’s face illuminated on the screen, her amrs held aloft as she waved (and swayed :s) to her adoring fans. Cesc Rojas took the winner’s podium with her at the far rear of the stage as Seiccan was directed backstage for the Ribbon ceremony to commence.

*That was a weird battle.* Carmen mused to herself as a Sparkflake Ribbon was handed to her to present to the previous winner. *A bunch of sound-based attacks must be his speciality. That’ll have to be taken into consideration if he returns for another challenge.*

A short commercial break ensued as the tv crews manouvered around the winner’s podium and set up their stand for the final take. Once they were ready and Gillian Meridian had given the introduction and cue, Carmen reached out to pin the Sparkflake Ribbon to Cesc’s chest (he was dressed again after his impromptue strip during their match).

“Congratulations, Cesc. Please accept the Sparkflake Ribbon as token of your achievement here in the Fidona Contest Hall!”

Carmen had angrily pinned the Sparkflake Ribbon directly onto Cesc's flesh!

Cesc smiled graciously, as Carmen pinned the ribbon to his chest while his eyes shone with the unmistakable pride and happiness inherent to winning something clearly important to him. For a moment, he just stared down at his new prize, then looked back up at the Hall Leader.

"That was really fun," He spoke with a voice that was probably only loud enough for Carmen to hear over the roaring of the crowds. "Maybe we'll do it again some time?"

Before getting a response from her, he turned back to the camera's, indicating his suit.

"All the outfits courtesy of La Sastrería in Arasam! Outfits for Pokemon and Human alike." He did a quick catwalk turn to show off the suit once more, but for sure, the cameras were off of him now. "The finest tailors in all of Furoh will make your dream outfits realities! Place your orders, and yours truly might even deliver them!" A largely female squeal rose up in the audience. With a grin, Cesc continued to wave at the audience, still almost delirious from his victory high.

He'd plugged his Aunt and Uncle's Tailor Shop. That had been the whole purpose of entering the Contest Circuit to begin with. Now the failing shop would start to get orders, and now his remaining family could live a little easier.

* * *

Before long, Cesc stood in front of the Pokemon Center in Fidona, waiting for Speed to arrive and pick him back up. He was dressed back down, now, wearing just jeans and a tank-top, and looking all the world like a regular mo again. But, in an old case, one that had probably belonged to his Uncle and had probably been used for something else, sat a brand new ribbon.

"This is it." he smiled fondly, speaking aloud to no one. "This is how it begins."

Seican's jaw dropped. She, indeed, won by points. Oh well, that is the name of the game, and Loudred just needed more practice. He will be back later, that's to be sure, and seeing Carmen on the screen, he merely smirked. "I know I lost, but who cares. I got a fresh new style that will draw in the crowds. My name shall become popular, either way, as I rock the contest halls again. Next time, Carmen. And when I win the next time, I will be sure to give you an autograph, unless you would prefer a date."

Aftera quick moment at the Pokemon Center, he still got a small lecture from Nurse Joy on how the Contest was supposed to show off the Pokemon and not the trainer, and how she was surprised on how he got to the battle stage. She made it sound like she gave him a low score.

Walking out, he saw Cesc standing out staring into the open, calling out, "Yo!" Dragging the cart behind him, he complained, "Man. Now I got to go back to all of those stores and return their equipment now. Might as well chill here for a couple more days then before going n my way again." Turning to Cesc, he pointed at his nose and declared, "You may have won this time, but I will still prevail. It would be uncool for a rival to surrender at the first battle."

Cesc's head snapped over in the direction of the loud "Yo!". He pinpointed the voice immediately to his new rocker rival, Seiccan Serroc.

Then, the guitarists' fingers were pointed directly at his face. Cesc smiled coolly as Seiccan declared his intention to be the ultimate victor.

"Uncool indeed." Cesc nodded in assent, unable to hide the small smirk that rested on his face, "I plan to keep winning though, so you'd better do your best to catch up. I can't have my rival slacking off now, can I?"

Cesc held out a clenched fist towards Seiccan for a fist bump, his friendly smile still ever present on his handsome features. "Rock on, brother. If I see you again, let's have another battle. If not, then I'll see you at the next Contest Hall."

As if on cue, Cesc's ride appeared, landing on the ground with surprising grace. Speed, the Skarmory, clacked noisily as he urged Cesc to board. Without further ado, the newly validated co-ordinator hopped up, giving Seiccan a spirited salute as the metal bird rose into the air.

"Take me home, Speed." He patted the Skarmory's side fondly. Even the curmudgeonly Speed couldn't bring his spirits down now. It seemed that Speed noted the euphoria and consciously chose not to make Cesc's commute a living hell.

This particular flight home was the smoothest Cesc had ever experienced. Things, all across the board, were starting to look up.

Returning the fist bro, he promised, "You think a rock star like me would slack off? I bet that when we meet again i will have a bigger fan base than you. Best get your autograph now." However, one was never given as he quickly departed on a Skarmory. resting his arm on his guitar, he chuckled as he flew off to wherever the hell he was going to next.

"Alright then, now where was that goddamn store again? If I don't get this returned soon, my ass is going to get fined as hell." So, dragging his cart through town, he counted his odd on what to do next, getting ready for his next competition. Maybe see what that Castform could truly due and how he could play with it. "Some nachos sound good right about now, too."
