Eggs taking forever to hatch?, Adblocking but not really? |

I have checked the eggs of several other people, while they can hatch eggs (that require 5120 steps) with around 50 interactions, I need to get 150 interactions to hatch the same eggs. And I have lucky egg, which is supposed to make hatching quicker. What's going on?
 I'd also like to add I need 150 interactions on a CM day, so without CM, I'll have even harder time hatching my eggs.. o-o --- Well, I'd like to add my opinion here as well. To be honest, I don't like this "got penalized? it's all your fault." treatment. Yeah, I opened 500 tabs by accident and it was partly my fault there, but what about some other users I have seen? I've seen screenshots with the ad loaded there, but the "you're adblocking" notice is sitting there under the ad. Even my friend took a screenshot of such thing and showed it to me. It's not completely the users' fault, in my opinion. A lot of people who don't really block ads get penalized, and nothing is done about this, they're just told to wait 4 days for that to go away.. which I think is unfair. Like many others, I think donors should be given more perks instead of penalizing people who block and "block". I don't post on forums much, so it'll do no good to put them in the signature.. My friend also doesn't post, but his eggs hatch after a normal amount of interactions.

Well, when The Composer mentioned about ad blocking I remembered... Two days ago I opened 500 tabs by accident, and the ads did not load properly, so it treated me like an adblocker on half of these tabs. I think it might have reduced my maturity gain.
I don't block ads though.. Could this be fixed? -------------------- |

I think you will be treated like an adblocker if you load a couple of pages without the ads loading properly.
Effect will go away after 4 days. --------------------   All my stuff is viewable by everyone on my public page. Make trinket offers faster  The Discord chat is a nice way to hang out with other users. |

Eh, if people get penalty when they are not even blocking ads, or when the ads fail to load... I think we need a better adblocker detector.
I've also gotten nothing from underground for ages, so I'm guessing that's a part of the annoying penalty? -------------------- |

this is happening to me now too. my swinub eggs are only at like 66% with about 90 interactions. on a CM day with a lucky egg? now I know that's not right
EDIT: 127 interactions now and still not full maturity on a 5120 maturity egg...if I didn't know any better I'd say they were taking 1.5x longer to hatch...instead of getting 1.5x the amount of maturity for click EDIT EDIT: takes 150 interactions to hatch a regular 5120 maturity egg...according to my calculations I'm only getting about 35 maturity per interaction...and that seems way too low to be normal -------------------- My Party:

The problem is still continuing, been like 4 hours now with my stuff taking twice as long to hatch as it should...which is really frustrating when trying to hatch a lot of things. is there anyone, a mod or admin or something, out there that has any idea why this is happening?

Mizuiro, if you're getting the same problem, then I think we can rule out the ad blockers effect, seeing as since you're a donor you should be immune to those effects. -------------------- Stuff (click to show)  |
