Oklahoman here, we'er supposed to get 6-15 inches of snow. School has already been called off, and it's only 8 PM here. WOOT!

Yep, it's heavy. We just broke the record for the most snow ever in our state. O.O It is STILL snowing. I'd say 16 hours going now. -15 degrees Farenheit.

You know, last year, DC had "Snowmageddon", wherein we got not one, not two, but THREE CONSECUTIVE blizzards. Within a week, we had over 55 inches of snow. That's nearly FIVE FEET OF SNOW!
And my workplace never closed. I still had to go to work. BUT, the bright side was: We never once lost power. All of DC's power grids and power lines are underground, so there are never really any downed power lines or anything like that. This year, we've had much less snow.
