Hatched a shiny sableye for the weekly poke hunt, didn't even get in the top 3 is this even possible?

That shiny Sableye had truly terrible IVs. To rank in the Poké Hunt, you need IVs of at least 100, and to get rank 1, IVs of over 130 - you didn't even have half of that. Shininess really doesn't count for much, only about 10 IVs.
If you want to rank first next time, don't hatch eggs for a shiny - hatch eggs for really good IVs. happy.gif
