Yep, your Pokémon can now be infected with Pokérus. Throughout the day, a small random amount of Pokémon will randomly be infected. Having Pokérus means your Pokémon gains more maturity from both views and interactions. However, it also means that you cannot store it in the PC, place it in the Daycare, or abandon it. It's a blessing and a curse.
To help those who might not want their Pokémon to be infected (so they can store it or get rid of it or whatever), an Antidote item has been added to the shop (though you won't see it til it rotates into stock), which will cure it right away (only if it's infected). It will be in the Miscellaneous Items category, so no you cannot find it by browsing the site. No, having an infected Pokémon will not have the chance to infect other Pokémon in your Party. An infected Pokémon is automatically cured after 3 days. A new "Status" label has been added to the info page. You will mostly see "Normal" but it will tell you if a Pokémon is infected with or cured of Pokérus as well. And of course, it will show in their Timeline when they were infected and when they were cured. Before anyone asks any dumb, obvious questions: only Pokémon in your Party can be infected (duh, since you can't move them out of your Party at all); eggs cannot be infected; Pokémon will not hatch from an egg infected; Pokémon cannot be infected again if they already were; once a Pokémon is cured, it will no longer gain any special maturity increases. -------------------- Want a rotating avatar like mine? Awesome! I'm looking forward to this update... even if my party is 90% eggs. It might actually encourage me to pull some of those poor boxed Pokes out of the dark PC for a while xD

With my luck the only pokemon that ever gets pokerus will be a level 100 pokemon that gets pokerus between reaching level 100 and my putting it in the PC. And then I will be stuck with an annoying party clogging level 100 pokemon for the next 3 days.
