I never use him. hes too much trouble to wait until you get the right move (especially when you dont have a friend to battle specifically for it or something)
However, i do find him oddly cute

I don't use smeargle but I would do an all smeargle team. It would make things interesting.

i use smeargle as a transformer. i made it sketch my ditto's transform so it can turn into powerful pokemon in battle.
