I figured out how to shade the outlines and shade the sprite. Those tutorials of fakemon maybe was a little hard for me.I like to go with easy basic things first.

If you know how to shade, then I suppose the only problem you have is the line-art?
I recommend that you draw extra things on official sprites first rather than starting it entirely from scratch. E.g, try drawing horns on a persian (or a different pokemon of your choice). Pixel-overs (resized of course) help you to 'get the feel' of line-art too, but I found them difficult until a few months ago, so you might too.
Show me what you can do and I can probably get an appropriate tutorial for you. Also, tell me how you draw stuff in pixels, that would help.

Well I do the pixels by drawing the outline then erasing/adding extra pixels. For the example i'll get it done by today.

Doing it pixel by pixel is easy is you know how to do curves and circles properly. Try examining the curves in circles, do you know how to 'round' things?
Sometimes your mouse could stop working that well and your lines might be a little off because the mouse is so glitched up, that's why I reccomend that you learn how to do that o3o
But doing it your way is actually easier, but can get tedious at times. I sometimes do a free-hand sketch and go over it in a different colour to form the line-art, that's also a different way to do sprites

Okay this one I made by scratch and I got the pose from the pixel art. Any help on it?

wat

The darker outlines are supposed to be for the more shaded areas in a Pokemon sprite. I'd work a bit more on anatomy more than anything. Sometimes I sketch out a sprite and go over the sketch with pixels.
