When I was little I like the sugimori stuff because I thout it looked "real." My friend and I call the sugimori ones "stickers."
I kind of like yuka morii because they make the claymation ones. I like the mitsuhiro arita ones since they always look so intense! --------------------  I claim Scizor  also don't pm me and ask me to trade if you don't have anything in mind. |

I was personally fond of Keiji Kinebuchi's work. Those 3-D cards were excellent.

just in the two week limit too =) sugimoris do look really good, the claydoh ones are pretty nice...for a change...but if that was all they had it'd suck

I really like the old gym leaders series, whoever drew those. With like, Misty's _____ and Brock's ____ (insert pokemon)? I thought a lot of those were really pretty and vibrant

I liked sugimori ever since I noticed the artists names on the cards, I know it sounds . . . average . . . typical . . . but he really is the best at what he does I think.

I absolutely love Kouki Saitou's card art, particularly of Aipom and Bulbasaur. <3
All his/her card art are bright and use fantastic poses, I just love them. Sugomori art annoys me on the cards because the images look really out of place and look sloppy and poor in comparison to the art produced by other artists. -------------------- Intuitive Aptitude, a small forum, has recently begun a Pokémon Roleplay project called Team Wars. Kagemaru Himeno! Her colours are amazing!
 I agree with a lot of people; I really liked Sugimori's card art back when the game was owned by Wizards of the Coast; the Gym Leader sets especially. I feel like he drew so many more unique Pokemon as opposed to just taking his Pokedex art, slapping a cheesy background on it and tossing it into a set. --------------------         My Little Claimbabies! <3 |
