While shiny hunting for Bulbasaur Clone the picture of the egg in Shine Recorder is different from the generated eggs and when hatching them none of them count.

Restarting the hunt leads to same results

Using latest Chrome, hatching only the clone eggs obtained from Daycare

You probably just started a hunt for regular Bulbasaur, if I had to guess.

According to the shine recorder on your profile these are the shinies you hunt:
Koffing, Gulpin, Burmy (Steel), Horsea, Icy Horsea.

I don't know which of these should be Bulbasaur Clone instead, but you're not hunting those.

Because i cancelled them, twice even. They are still in the unfinished ones.

And once again, for the same pokemon, eggs look different for some reason.
Reason for edit: don't post egg IDs! - raven

That's because they're Squirtle Clone eggs and not Bulbasaur Clone eggs?
What are you breeding? I can't see because you have everything hidden.

Are you trying to breed Squirtle Clone x Bulbasaur in hope to get a Bulbasaur Clone egg? If so then that won't work I'm afraid. If you want to get a specific novelty egg one of the parents have to be in the daycare.

The eggs don't look different for the same Pokémon, they're different eggs and they're different Pokémon, they just look somewhat similar so there's some confusion involved I think.

Oh no, my mistake. In the very beginning i was meant to write Squirtle clone, but for some reason wrote than instead. Sorry for the confusion.
Was breeding Squirtle Clone with Icy Horsea, could this problem be because of breeding one novelty with another novelty but different species?

You'd still get novelty eggs of both species, regardless if one is a hunt or not happy.gif You'd have a better chance if you're breeding Icy Horsea x Icy Horsea
