Good afternoon. When I started to battle with my Pokémons, I had a question: how are the experience points distributed? One Pokemon can grow a level, another - no, and those who are in my party can grow the level, although I do not train them. I apologize for the stupid question and for my clumsy English.

In the Battle Tower there are ranges. You have 1-25, 26-50, 51-75 and 76-100.

Each Pokémon can only train to the highest number in the range. If you wish to battle to get it higher inside the Battle Tower then you need to take it outof your party to raise it to the next boundary. So if you hada Level 50 Charizard and you wanted to get it higher, you'd have to put it in your party (or another method) to get it to level 51, then put it back in to use in the Tower. However, remember you need to have enough Pokémon within each range to be able to battle.

Pokémon in your party are only affected by clicks, unless you have the Account Upgrade called the EXP. All. This distributes EXP from the Battle Tower and the VS Seeker to Pokémon in your party. Otherwise, the only way your Pokémon are raising in level is due to people clicking.

You can obtain the EXP All by getting a streak of 75 battles in the Battle Subway.

edit: If you still don't understand fully, send me a PM happy.gif I'll be more than happy to help
