My favorite is Gen 4 water type is Buizel.
Note: To end the confusion, when you vote for a Pokemon in the poll for example Piplup you're also voting for Prinplup and Empoleon, so basically your voting for that Pokemon and it's evolutions.

Buizel... Its actually the only gen 4 water-type I really like.

Buizel and Floatzel, they aren't just my favorite Gen 4 Water types, they are my all time favorite Pokemon, and always will be.

Piplup! One of the cutest and best water starters. Buizel/Floatzel is a great line though; I usually used them when I didn't choose Piplup. XD

Empoleon. Water/Steel is an excellent combination (it has 11 resistances). Plus it's a penguin, and penguins are awesome.
Edit: Just noticed that Empoleon isn't on the poll, so I guess Palkia gets my vote.

Floatzel! I didn't really think twice about it until I was trying to chain something or other and broke my chain (at 3, nothing far) on a shiny Floatzel. Massive shock, and epic happy event... but ever since then, I've come to really love its design.

I can't decide between Piplup and Buizel.Both of them are my favs Pokemon in Sinnoh.Piplup is so cute and Buizel is so awesome.I can't choose between them.

I have to go with Pliplup, because it's very cute, but I find it hard to decide. I also liked Mantyke and Finneon very much.

I like Palkia 'cause of it's sprite, power, and types. I usually use Buizel/Floatzel a lot though.

I went with Piplup in the poll 'cause I do like it and it's cute, but I also like Buizel for the same reasons. (It also just sounds cool when you say it. xD)

Palkia. One of my top three favourite legendaries. Hopefully I can get Diamond to work with my router so I can get a Palkia off the GTS, since I lost my Platinum cartridge with my best Pokémon on it.

Manaphy. It's cute. Though mine really is just a trophy pokemon cause I never use single type pokemon anymore! btw if you vote for the whole evolution line, why do you have Phione and Manaphy both noted? lol
