Online indicators (in the form of Pokéballs) have been added to both the Pal Pad and the user pages. On the Pal Pad, you can clearly see they're on the left of your friends' names. On the user pages, they're on the top right of their Party list. Lit up ball means online, grayed out ball means offline.
This status works the same as the Online List page. The user must have been active within the last 15 minutes and not be logged in as invisible. -------------------- Want a rotating avatar like mine? Check out my website: randimg!

This addition might drive me enough to log in as Invisible.
Or at least only during events. -------------------- Overtaken by Net & Zodi on that track!

Yea, I was just wondering what those balls where. Even if I kind of figured out what they were for.

It was pretty cool to see this implemented, after reading a suggestion for it only a few hours ago.

Now i can see who to click first on my friends list right after the reset instead of rushing down the list and hoping i can catch people before they log off~ This saves a lot of time and stress for me, thank you~ -------------------- |

So if someone stayslogged in all time their online status will still show them as off line when they have not been on for 15 minutes?

So if someone stayslogged in all time their online status will still show them as off line when they have not been on for 15 minutes? Hmm... if that's the case, it might be a good idea to have an idle option as well, since i know i tend to leave my computer on while i go to classes or babysit so i can catch online list clickers for later... ...but if it automatically takes me off the list after 15 minutes of not doing anything, then there would be no point to keeping my computer on... Also... what counts as 'not active'? Does that mean your mouse hasn't moved on you computer, or just that you haven't went to a new page within 15 minutes? Answer please? -------------------- |

It's obviously that if you haven't went to a new page (or reloaded the page) within 15 minutes, you're marked offline. This "system" can't possibly know have you moved your mouse or not. -------------------- |

Love the update. I never put whenever I am online/offline in my journal because my computer (or wireless) can act buggy sometimes. This should be very helpful.
