The original event was Shaymin, but certain reasons made it second, coming after/during the Giratina giveaway, and I think, for some reason (I didn't ask), the Commander switched us over to Celebi for a bit. Complete list of give aways: Manaphy (Opening), Cressalia (Hidden Reasoning), Shaymin (Same as before), Giratina (Same), and Celebi (Why not?) All other legendaries have been found naturally in the lab, or in Phione's case, bred. I believe Cresselia was given out since Wymsy was following the moon patterns, and my guess to why Shaymin was given out was because of the Spring Equinox (a little late, but better late than never, right? ) plus Shaymin's flower. My guess to Celebi is the same as Shaymin (minus the flower), and Giratina is just a mystery to me. Perhaps a celebration for Platinum's release? ;3 Of course! I can't believe I forgot about Platinum already. -------------------- |

I can't believe I forgot about Platinum already. I already know why they were all given out, save Celebi, but I must say, those are some really logical guesses ._.;. But I think we are starting to go off-topic here, so let's save this discussion for another time, neh, less we risk being warned and have our posts deleted for spam. And yes, I do believe there will be a giveaway today, as Wymsy already stated, and I have a pretty good idea of what it may be, but I won't tell and ruin the surprise. Good luck everyone, hope most of you get whatever is given away tonight n.n -------------------- |

Dude, you already have a turtwig. Those are RARE.
EDIT: Or...maybe you don't? Where'd your sig go? This post has been edited by layze: Mar 27 2009, 06:11 PM -------------------- Hello, children! Today, I will tell a story; a story of the creation of the universe.
Be warned, as this story may contain harsh language and conflict with your entirely incorrect religion! You have been warned! *ahem* Spoiler (click to show ) And that is how the universe was created! Over the years a few bits were lost in translation, like the No-Breakfast Pillar became the "Spear Pillar" and the Breakfast Flute became the "Azure Flute", but it is still mostly intact. So long as you don't listen to those ****ing communist-ass Pokedexes. Feel free to PM me if you want the full story on the origin of any of the other legendary Pokemon! ; I feel bad about not reading it earlier but thanks for answering me in the other thread. I am definitely happy I didn't start my own thread and waited until people asked the exact same question that I had.
And Thanks. And thanks again, I'm so thrilled this site is back up and running. Yay! -------------------- "All dreams are but another reality. Don't forget." |

I just found a Darkrai egg. If that's not what's being given out here, I'm gonna cry. :l

Ohh.. A give away, so that how we get legendarys. That saved me a bunch of clicks. Two ways of getting Legendaries. 1. Give-aways. Probably your best bet regarding getting one, though your chances are proportionate to the number of people that are currently GPX+ members with teams of less than six, and how many are given away (No one besides the admins really know). 2. Random appearance. No, not like items. There is a minuscule chance of a legendary spawning with each new, fresh batch of eggs that appears in the Lab. However, even not counting the time spent waiting for a spawn of new eggs, there is still the fact that the chance is so tiny, and there are likely to be a ton of other members all checking the Lab as well, it isn't worth your time to wait for one using this method. You don't need to stay anyway. It'll magically appear in your party as long as you have an open slot.

Oh, I thought it only came to those who move on to a new page, like a Item.
Oh well. I'll just stay here to hatch other people's eggs, be nice, and help identify Eggs. EDIT: Can ANYONE confim this? EDIT2: I guess i did miss this event also. I'll just wait patiently for the next event. This post has been edited by Deoxysmatter: Mar 27 2009, 11:59 PM -------------------- |

Nah. I know someone from Gaia who got a Darkrai while she was outside talking to, I think she said a neighbor. So you don't need to be "present to win."

I can confirm with 100% accuracy.
Eggs come randomly, put into your party without notification. You don't need to be here, click, do anything except have an open space, and luck. -------------------- |

O I sooo hope I can get one of the last. My guess is by this post, I will not be recieving one, as it seems I have been begging one.
EDIT: Are you gonna be posting once they are all gone? I'd hate to keep my hopes up for too long. This post has been edited by Deoxysmatter: Mar 28 2009, 01:02 AM -------------------- |
