Well I hope I dont stir up a major, excuse me for my language, shitstorm, but how did you like the LoK finale?
I personally thought it was pretty good, but they shouldve left Korra with only her airbending and maybe in the next books she could start entering the Avatar state. I also think Lin shouldve left with no bending. I really loved the scene with Tarlok and his brother... I almost shed a tear when Amon did... -------------------- |

That was a spectacular belly-cut. I'm not spoiling it, but the first 10 episodes or so are structured like there's going to be a casual pace for future seasons. It's only that finale that's paced and delivered like IT'S OVER, WHOLE THING, THAT'S A WRAP, ALL OF THAT.
With a suicide this massive, I don't know if I can support Korra continuing. I think I'm moving on. -------------------- |

I have so much to say, but I'm just going to give one major point: Remember, Korra was originally only going to be 1 book/12 episodes. That's why it seems like it was the end of the show, that's why Amon died, that's why Korra got her bending back so quickly.

I'm just glad Lin got her bending back.

I loved it, personally. Despite the fact that they weren't planning another season/book, the quick end to the first season leaves the next open...
...to anything and everything. I didn't like the pace of the ending, though- it was all over too quickly in my opinion. It's good that they didn't drag it out too far, but by the second part of it, I was confused- "where's the rest of it?". Still, a decently good ending to an amazing new show. I look forward to the second season- with how much popularity the show received, they're bound to do better now. They have the backing of fans, so they won't plan any endings right off, I don't think. PS; Makorra feels all over the place. All. Over. The. Place. -------------------- |
