Lady Gaga is one of those artists that I wish I liked more. She's talented, but she can get in the way of her music. This is why I can`t get into 'You and I' for example. Maybe the song started somewhere real, but I feel no connection to it at all because it's buried under so much artifice; to the point where it's no longer about anything. Being "confusing" is not surprising to me and I'm tired of the masks.
'Edge Of Glory' however feels like solid, straight-forward, no bullshit good goddamn music. I love the organ, I love her singing, I love the unexpectedly epic sax-solo. I love the video and its nostalgia for the ridiculous, sexy, badly made, trying too hard dawn of MTV music videos. Just sing your music Lady Gaga, that's all I need. Yeah, I kinda agree with you, Damzi, because some of her songs are nonsence and confusing, like: ´´Black Jesus + Amen Fashion´´... In one minute she´s saying she likes New York, then she says she´s into Black Jesus ...
 But I love her songs She is an awesome person

She's talented and the level of her success rivals Britney's success when she first debuted. She's just a modern day Madonna and she tries way too hard for attention. The whole promoting the gays comes of as extremely fake too. She's really pretentious and I hate that. Born This Way was not album of the decade as she claimed it would be. It's a horrible mess of an album. Judas remains a flawless song and one of the best of 2011 though.
Although, each their own. I'm sure you have your reasons for liking her. --------------------  |

I really liked her in the beginning. Her music was really good, but it started to change, and I'm not too big of a fan. She has talent that's for sure.
