If pokemon were real, and our world was like the anime, which would you be? A sparkly coordinator, with grace and poise? Maybe a touch coordinator, with will and determination. Or, perhaps, you're a kind breeder, dedicated to the health and future of pokemon? I'm curious. Give your reasons, and perhaps an example of what you would do!

I want to be a coordinator, but would probably be a breeder. I love coming up with appeals, for no reason at all. But I don't do all that will in the lime light. All those people, either cheering or jeering... *shudder* And if you mess up, even once, everyone in the world sees it!

One of my favorite appeals that I came up with would be with a Roselia, or something else that can release two different moves at the same time. Magical leaf from one hand, and Petal Dance with another. The two moves spiral up in the air, forming a kind of cyclone of petals. Then Bullet Seed, to all the petals, so that multi-colored sparkles fall to the ground.

I'd probably a coordinator, considering I love pokemon contests and making up appeals. I'd probably have a team of baby pokemon x3

I dont like Battling unless its nessary, and the new contests i havent actually tried cause they confuse me.

i'll try them sometime with a Milotic ive been raising, its just so cunfusing, give me the stability of breeding any day. some people say i breed very good pokemon--considering that alot do hatch with a full moveset! [in the games of course!]

I always liked Pokemon Contests. Me and my Ninetales will dominate. Woo!

But then again, battling's cool too... OR... Do both like Juan. He won the Grand Festival, and then went on to become a Gym Leader, with graceful battles and stuff. Yeah... =D

If I had to choose one, I'd be a coordinator... purely because I think it's more interesting to work on specific combinations rather than just devising a battle strategy for Gym Battles. If I could, I would enter Gym Battles also so I could get the best of both worlds. =]

If it was real, I would totally be a Pokemon trainer. My Pokemon would beat any of your contest Pokemon in a real battle.

Now, what Pokemon would you choose as your starter? (Only choosing official starters, Squirtle, Cyndaquil, etc.)

I would totally pick Charmander.

I would mostly be a breeder with focus on bird pokemon. When I had enough of them I could open a post office. But I would have to train them so they wouldnt loose to anything they might encounter in the air. So mostly breeder but part trainer.

All three (I'm the type of person to do everything)

First I'd beat the Pokemon league and all the challengers that dare challenge me. Then I'd use my Elite Pokemon in contests and dominate the championship. Then I'd retire to be a breeder studying and raising Pokemon.

What would you study?

First I would like to be a trainer and travel in the pokémon world, catch my favourite pokémons and try to win some pokémon championships and the Battle Frontier, than I would like to be a pokémon professzor. I would study the pokémons' evolution like Professor Rowan does.

If our world would be the pokémon world, than I would by quite lucky, because there is a very old closed cemetery not far from my house.

Coordinating looks a lot more interesting in the anime! And although I like breeding and battling a lot, I'd most likely be a coordinator. I'd love to have a really tough yet cute Piplup!

I'm a dancer, so I'd enjoy Coordinating a lot.

But I think I'd go with gym battles, because there's not as much fuss and I can capture powerful pokemon rather than just pretty ones.

Generally, I like to do contests and make poffins for my crew... But, at the same time being a breeder is really appealing! So, in all respects a combination of the two. Mainly because I love to cook ( poffin making and making delicious pokemon food ) and I just love contests as a whole. At the same time, being a trainer is something good... because it's good to be able to protect yourself at the same time and the thrill of of a challenge is just - wow! xD I'm getting really into this, but in the long run I'd probably be a very eclectic combo of all three. It works out that way, for me at least.

*mutters* Yeesh, this turned out better than I thought... Here's one of my many arguments for why I'd rather be a coordinator than a trainer: Trainers use their pokemon to beat up other pokemon. Coordinators have to come up with appeals, train their pokemon to be graceful as well as powerful, and they need to have more control over their moves than a trainer's pokemon.

I guess that's sort of a breeder....but it seems in the shows the breeders just have to do with the pokemon, you don't see many breeders with actual eggs :S

I'd be a Trainer, hands down. I'm a horrible Coordinator and I just don't breed all that much. So yeah, Trainer all the way. Even thought it's all pixels, I just get such a kick out of battling, not to mention that I'd love to just travel around with all my Pokemon and see where the winds take me.

I'd be a breeder easy, looking after pokemon all day is one hell of a job! I just couldn't let them battle and get hurt so I couldn't be a trainer, as for a coordinator, too camp?

If Pokémon was real, I have to say Trainer/Researcher. I know Researcher isn't on the list, but let me explain. I love Pokémon, and I think it would be pretty cool if it was real.
Trainer: I love to battle and interact with other trainers. It makes me feel cool to listen to battle tips from all around.
Researcher: I hate any team that wants to hurt Pokémon or use Pokémon for evil methods. I also see Pokémon, if they were real, as a subject that is very interesting. I see Researchers as a pathway for Trainers to gain knowledge about the growing world of Pokémon, and I want to be apart it.

In all seriousness, if I weren't a Trainer of some sort, I'd just be an average person with a small grouping of Pokemon, or a Move Tutor. Actually, being a Move Tutor would be a lot of fun, I think...at least from how I view it.

I love making appeals and you'd still get to battle in the battle round. I think that in the new Pokemon video games you should get to choose Coordinator or trainer. *Sigh* I just wish they made the veideo game contests more like the ones in the Anime...

Its just something I'd envision, going around training pokemon when I'm full of energy, and once I'm done with the battling and the training, I'd retire and take care of a breeding ranch or something nice and soothing.

If I had to choose between the three, I think I'd dabble in ALL 3. But mostly I'd be a Trainer, albeit a (trying to be) creative battler.

Other than the three choices, I'd very most likely be a Pokemon Researcher.

Well, it's always been my philosophy to put overall strength on the back-burner when it comes to using Pokemon in my party. This is probably an unhealthy attitude for a trainer aiming to be the best, but an excellent mindset for a breeder. Indeed, I play the games to bring out the greatest potential in my Pokemon - from movesets, to natures, to EVs. I think I would be a Breeder, while occasionally moon-lighting as a trainer.

I'd be one of those people you battle against on your first time traveling down a route. I'd only have about 3 pokemon at the max, and you'd K.O. all of them.

Ever since the Heonn season I've wanted to be a coordinator <3 Vaporeon has always been my favorite Pokemon, and since it can use both water and ice moves I came up with a bunch of combos that result with sparkly mist falling to the ground xD I love the idea of having to attack with some actually thought into making your moves beautiful, not just powerful.

I think I'd be a trainer and coordinator; because I love the idea of battling with pokémon to earn badges and enter leagues, but the concept of contests is quite intriguing to me and I'd love to do it as well since I believe my creative side would help me excel at it. :3

Well, in the game...I end up breeding in the game...LIKE CRAZY.
Just for the lulz. I get all my starter Pokemon and breed like there's no tomorrow.
Then I trade excess starters off in the gps terminal~
I also battle just to train. I get kinda bored after 7 battles, but one epic battle is okay, very okay.

But I wanna be a breeder really.

I would be a little of trainer and breeder, but mostly a co-ordinator. i love the idea of giving a show, and embarrassment doesn't usually hit me too hard (unless it's a joke). I still like to battle on the games and breed rare pokemon (Eevee's, starters), but the possibility of being in a contest is my favorite. I love to put together a good team for contests on my Diamond, and on my SS game I rock at the Pokeathalon. i also often imagine great combos with what (if real life) would end with something shimmering, something just making you dumbstruck, or just an incredible display of moves together that make an epic effect.

I'd have to be a mix of Trainer and Coordinator. I like the idea of grooming my Pokemon to perfection as well as giving them the ability to kick butt. That would be the best because pretty things doesn't definitely mean fragile things.

A coordinator most likely. I'd be able to keep away from hardcore battling and travel places and know people and see more pokemon and- * u*

on the other hand, travelling a lot can be boring/tiring after a long period of time. At which case I'd settle down someplace and start a small business. Cafe anyone? I could even sell homemade poffins to use in contests since I'd have experience xD

my choice of pokemon for contests would be either Aiden -my Flareon- for beauty contests or Yuui, my Ampharos~ c:

Coordinator, I don't like the monotony of training Pokemon and Breeder's a bit boring.

I wish they would release a game surrounding Contests instead of Gym Battles for once.

I actually think it would be really cool to be a Pokemon battle photographer. I would need a really good zoom on my lens though XD

I also love contests because you get to have sooooo many different dresses and you get to be imaginative. For example,

Dragonair and Blissey enter the stage.
Dragonair, Thunder Wave and Blissey, Healing Pulse.
Blissey starts to use Healing Pulse and Dragonair uses Thunder Wave on it. Instead of Blissey becoming paralyzed, it releases a bright yellow pulse from Blissey that paralyzed everyone on the battlefield except for Dragonair, who Protects.

But, you can experiment with movesets when you breed different pokemon. For example, Lillipups with Dig and Swagger. Nice...

However, maybe I'd be a pokemon perfector. Like, first I breed pokemon with fair movesets early on, then I train them up to have kick-butt moves, then I create strategies to utilize these moves in contests.

I'd love to have an Alot on my games.

Anyway, probably I'd be a lazy bum who has nothing to do with Pokémon because travelling would be too much of a chore. :s
