Global PokédeX Plus Forums _ Wi-Fi Discussion _ Friend code help?

I have been on GPX+ for some time, but just recently began to trade on GTS+. I have no idea how to get my own friend code to give to others to trade. I can't find it on my trainer card, and I've searched both the internet and GTS+ to no avail. Help?

BTW, I have Heart Gold, if that helps.

Find the Pal Pad item (in the Key Items section of your bag), open it up, and you can find your friend code in there.
