Taking a look at the pokerus related counts on the stats page for the totals, right now they're like this:
QUOTE Pokérus infections: 35,157 Pokérus transmissions: 7,839 Pokérus curings: 12,980 Pokérus antidotes used: 21,756 Just a little bit of math tells me that there should be like 421 pokemon with pokerus at this time, because of how many more pokemon have got pokerus than how many have lost is. But the user list for users with pokerus says this: QUOTE Users with Pokérus-infected Pokémon Displaying users 1 to 64 of 64. Which clearly means that there are numbers that are missing from somewhere. Forgive me for being forgetful here, but were all the total counters implemented at the same time? If they were, would banned users with pokerus pokemon count not have their pokemon counted as cured for some reason? Is there anything else that could explain the mismatch apart from a bug in the counting? -------------------- All my stuff is viewable by everyone on my public page. Perhaps the Pokerus'sed Safari-Pokemon count in there too. Or some of the users in the list have multiple Pokerus-mons.
Just some cents what could explain it. o,o This post has been edited by Inu: Aug 3 2012, 06:49 AM -------------------- |

Even if all the 64 users has 6 pokemon with pokerus each, that would not account for the total difference.

Even though I don't currently have anything with Pokerus, my Pokerus Infections (10) is higher than the combination of the ways it's been cured (4 Curings + 5 Antidotes), so I think there's just some glitchy stats going on.

Actually, I just though of something. Wild pokemon for explroations can get pokerus, right? And they would be removed from your party no matter if they have pokerus or not, so they wound't be cured unless there was a piece of code that would make them count as cured when they leave the party.
