Hey all! Sorry for the late update here. I'm clearly not great at handling this monthly responsibility. Darth Krytie is still recovering, but doing better each day. Our good vibes continue to go out to her and her family. We also wish PokeNOM well in her very busy life right now.

Nothing too exciting to report as August was a Scavenger Hunt month, but congrats to everyone who earned some Prize Points during it!

From (one of) the organizers of Moth Month (March 2021's SWSH), Lovecraft Lovers (July 2021's SWSH), and in association with what most of you decided in the https://forums.gpx.plus/index.php?showtopic=78917, we present to you:

As most of you know (hopefully), the latest SWSH theme was chosen by YOU! Regardless if we get the theme this time around or not, I am excited to announce that I will continue to do this pre-poll ideas so YOU can continue to decide which theme you want! Yay!

Now it's time to actually VOTE for the theme that won tho'!
So please, consider voting for the 'mons listed above!
This time around, the public chose to go for MUSHROOMS. Why? Well... Because of the rainy season, Fall (in the NOrthern Hemisphere) AND the upcoming Halloween holiday! \o/
Also? It was proposed by https://forums.gpx.plus/index.php?showuser=85338, given a timeframe by https://forums.gpx.plus/index.php?showuser=216127 AND the official name comes from https://gpx.plus/user/Nove+NuVonde. So THANK YOU ALL for that! <3

As always, Gaj already made a poster for the theme, which, if we manage to get it for this month's SWSH, we'll post it in here too! So keep your eyes peeled, and check the thread once we get to know who are we going to hunt this time around!

Also HI NICK! Thank you for the monthly thread! If it helps, monthly responsibilities are, sometimes, a little weird and they sneak up on you! Plus, you also have to take care of Zoey alongisde Jen! So you don't need to apologize at all <3.

Also thank you for the update on Darth's recovery! I also asked around in the discord too (again, thank you Rhap!) because I was a little worried :'D. I also didn't know Nom was really busy at the moment! My well wishes to both of you! You got this, just keep going forward you two! I'll be rooting for you all the way! \o/

Happy September! I'll be busy for real in the upcoming month but hopefully I can sneak in a special exploration or a SWSH here and there.

Glad i actually finished the scavenger hunt again. being back on GPX is relaxing at times.

Now, off to get another Reshiram once i finish Jirachi

Gaming: Nintendo Switch OLED comes out this month! or is that next month? I dunno, i'll try and buy one when i can lol.
It comes out next month, silly me.

Glad to hear Krytie is continuing to get better!

Definitely a slower month, but those are alright sometimes. Lets people focus a bit on other things.

Ooh, a mushroom theme... I like it! I think I'll vote for those three. I don't think I've seen Morelull's shiny before, either, and I really like it!

Somehow this last scavenger hunt was most fun. I am looking forward to some fall colors as the air gets a bit cooler each night.

Hey everyone!
Hope everyone's doing well!

Just a little announcement: it'll be my 34th birthday on the 1st of October!
That's why I wanted to treat you guys to a... Beeark distribution!
It's dear to me, because it's the only novelty I've designed all by myself, completely from scatch!

How to participate:
- Keep a party space open on the 1st of October on 4 p.m. server time!
- You MUST have logged in sometime on GPX+ in the last two weeks.
- You can not be in the Restricted Group.

There'll be a couple of guaranteed shinies in there, so keep those fingers crossed!
Remember, participating will only give you a chance to get one. It's a randomized event with a set number of eggs being handed out.
