What are the common pokemon that spawn by your house?

I have spinarak, natu and spearow as the top ones.

Every day, there is always a Magikarp/Psyduck appearing near the corner of my apartment building.
Pidgeys, Spinaraks, and Sentrets often appear inside the house, but once I found an Omanyte and a Dunsparce in my room.

I get a lot of Spinarak, Hoothoot, Pidgey, and Rattata...

I haven't played in ages, but I seem to remember seeing a lot of zubats around.

a lot of pidgeys and ratatas spawn around my house, on my college campus we get those as well as ladyba's
