Throughout the day I was able to click fine on Opera without any crashing or whatever, but around 6:45 server time tabs were closing slower. I then noticed that there was this new AT&T ad that's causing pages to low way slower and as a result, sometimes make Opera crash.
I don't know if the Ad Reports thread is still open to post since it was in the Archives section, but I just wanna know what's up. -------------------- |

Does opening less tabs at a time fix things? Because I usually open 100 tabs and I guess that ad or ads loading at the same time proves to be too much, but when I open less tabs nothing bad happens.

I guess that'd be the best way to go until the problem gets fixed.
I recommend resetting your about:config settings to default then putting them back to the way they were, along with clearing your history, any cookies on the site (you'll have to re-log in, and all the tabs with achievements, shop, stats etc. will be back to normal) and then start again. -------------------- |

I agree with Rofl, and also with ads yes the tabs will load slower. So try loading less and see if that works.
Cause i've donated i don't have the ads, so for me i can load the 300 tabs with no probs, but before i donated opera would take forever to load - i assume you have images off when you load also? -------------------- |

Yes, I have the images off; the only ads that show are either text or Flash. And yes, opening less seems to be doing the trick. I can open 50 with no problems.

I don't know if it's because one of the mods decided to hide the ad or I cleared cookies like Rofl said, but I can open and go through my usual amount of tabs without any problems!

You can try to use flashblock for opera, which makes it as if the ads weren't there

Flashblock does NOT give users the Blocker status, BB said that it is allowed. -------------------- Click to go to my party. 90% of teens would die if MySpace had a system failure and crashed.
