I've been a vegetarian for 2.5 years. Yeah, I think there are strong moral grounds for not eating meat if you can live healthily without it (which isn't possible for everyone), but I don't try to convert people because it's usually counterproductive and also quite rude. The best I can do is to be clear about my principles when people ask me why I'm vegetarian, and hopefully set a good example in my beliefs and behaviour.

As for vegetarianism not being natural for humans, I don't really care. I gave up meat because of ethical convictions, not because I thought it was the best thing for my body. It is possible, though, to fully meet your nutritional needs on a vegetarian or vegan diet, though it can take a bit of work. Of course there are unhealthy vegetarians and vegans, just like there are unhealthy meat-eaters. Being aware of how your diet impacts your health is a good idea for everybody.
