How do I get rid of a missingno egg? I can't get rid of it. Cause there only three option left. I didn't means to add same topic twice.

You can release Pokémon and Eggs 12 hours after adopting/taking them in, although by now it seems your Egg is ready to hatch, meaning you should be able to hatch and either box it or releease it.
And in case you're having trouble moving your Shiny Nihilego into the PC or some other feature, you just need to open the little lock icon in the top right corner of its profile square. --------------------  |
