I've noticed that there are some trinkets that I have plenty of, but won't show up in any of the drop-down lists for offering trinkets for a trade. Are they just untradable, or is there some sort of glitch? (I have checked that I'm making offers in the right rarity range, but they're still not there.)

All trinkets should be tradable; this is likely a glitch. I know that Firefox causes a number of drop-down menu issues, though maybe someone else can elaborate better on what they are exactly. If you are using that browser, that section may give you problems.

Just for kicks, I wanted to find the first report I can remember about this glitch. It took me a while, because it was in the Q&A subforum and not the bugs and errors sunforum... But here it is. So yeah. Trinkets whose names have an e with an accent (é), will not appear on the list of trinkets you can offer. You can still place them on the market and make offers on them, you just can't offer them directly. I would add that this is a royal pain for trinkets where you have multiple ones within the same group that all have this, like the "TYPE Spirit Pokéball" set in rarity 1 of the Last set.
