Also, as a topic to this thread and since I'm dumb, anyone have a clue what's happening with the outburst of legends both in the lab and shelter? I've never seen so many Uxie eggs T_T

i'm not sure what you mean, but some of the new achievements like "master summoner" give a summoning item.
that particular one gives a legendary voucher.. which is pretty much self explanatory.

as for the lab, a couple of those achievements give enigma stones.. maybe more missed summons?
the prof. cypress account breeds dittoxmew with the outcome of legendaries (sometimes novelties), for whatever reason.

i think that about covers it..
