Shieldon approved at Level 24. Move Tutor moves can totally be learned in the future; it wouldn't make sense for one to be restored knowing the moves immediately, right? You can totally learn one of them via Move Tutor in the festival itself.

You could always hang around with Adelaide; I read somewhere that Move Tutor moves can be learned (if not mastered) via watching other Pokemon do it, and since Levitation is basically the Ability version of Magnet Rise, it does not seem entirely outside the realms of possibility for your Shieldon to learn it via watching that instead. =]

Hi Hydra – many apologies for not seeing this sooner. Below I’ve detailed at what level you can have Sebastian’s Pokemon learn the requested moves. Both captures are approved at level 16 (poor Blitzle!).

You can only pick egg moves that come from a breeding heritage that makes sense. I have inserted options for additional Move Tutor choices to allow for additional moves to be learned if you wish to take more than the original selection.

Jut respond to this post with your selection for each Pokémon for final approval. For example – “Magby: Barrier (level 25) as an Egg Move, Iron Tail (level 40) and Dual Chop (level 19) as Move Tutor moves.”


Magby

Egg moves
Karate Chop – useable immediately
Barrier – useable from level 25
Iron Tail – useable from level 40

Move tutor
Iron Tail – useable from level 40 (must be a Magmar to learn this attack)

Thanks LA for responding to my Capture Request, and a big thank-you for figuring out what levels will allow both Elekid and Magby to learn their moves. Also just a little question, since my current thread is in Grading can the levels for both Magby and Elekid be changed to suit since the Average level for my team will be hopefully higher then sixteen. After contemplating which one's to choose I've decided to go with:

Magby - EM Karate Chop & MT Dual Chop
Elekid - EM Karate Chop, EM Ice Punch & MT Dual Chop

Sure - we can adjust capture levels once your grading is complete. As for ice punch on the elekid, it'll have to be a second tutor move as the father of karate chop (machop line or sawk) do not learn this move naturally so wouldn't be an egg move.

5. Once Andy, Sophia and Jules defeat the crooks on the ferry, one of their PokeBalls drop down (as they are making their escape) and a Pokemon comes out. It is a Spheal wearing a pair of BlackGlasses (see spoiler), grateful to the party for helping her get away from the crooks (they did make the crooks run away, and the PokeBall would never have dropped down if they hadn't). They roll a dice to see who would get the Spheal. As it comes up in Andy's favor, he bumps his remaining Ultra Ball on the Spheal's head and catches it. More details in the RP once this is accepted and the friends defeat the crooks. Sorry if that's a bit long.

Generally, caught pokemon levels are the average of the current team's. Since your team averages to 6.67, Seel is approved at 7.

Water Pulse is approved for immediate use. A note: In case you want to introduce other egg moves as your pokemon levels, you should figure out who the father is now...

TECHNICALLY it would be immediate as well, however I believe there's a move hierarchy that prevents someone from learning a high powered move and any other move in the same RP. I would prefer, therefore, that you wait to "learn" aqua pulse in the next RP.

5. The search for Angus's stolen Emolga leads Zack and Aaron to some caves on the outskirts of the metropolis. They enter the caves, and soon find them host to a colomy of Roggenrola, Boldore and Gigalith. After an agressive envounter with some of these creatures, Zack gets separated from his travelling companions. Whilst on his own, get comes across a line Roggenrola, who appears to be just as lost as he is. The two of them elect to work together to find a path. The Roggenrola becomes attached to Zack and helps him battle the thieves. After the heroes find their way out of the cabrs, Zack asks Roggenrola if it wants to join his party. The little guy agrees, and willingly accepts Zack's capture.

5. Eager to study this phenomenon further, the good Doctor finds the Trainer who owns both Wooper and Growlithe (we'll get to her in a minute). Upon finding that he is an unacceptable master for two such adorable Pokemon, Adelaide challenges him to a battle, her team against his. With her unusual tactics trouncing the man's natural viciousness, she claims Growlithe and Wooper as her prizes and inducts them into her team, whereupon it is discovered that the Wooper in question suffers from severe brain damage. Tynamo thus makes a friend almost instantaneously.

4. Thanks to Team Deception's buggering about with the Storage System, Growlithe found herself in amongst the good Doctor's team and liking the others almost immediately. She also had a very keen sense of smell and something of a stress-incontinence problem, two great tastes that really do not taste great together...
5. It transpires that Growlithe's trainer, who also owns Woo the Wooper, is an abusive and borderline-psychotic teenage boy, the kind who really needs to know that treating Pokemon with respect is better than treating them harshly. This lesson is drilled into him by Adelaide via her team demolishing his, despite his apoplectic fury at them. She claims Wooper and Growlithe as her prizes from him, after which two of the innumerable Officer Jennies confiscate the rest and book him for Pokemon abuse. It then transpires that he beat the Growlithe so badly that she is effectively neutered; the Pokemon centres will do what they can, but it's uncertain as to how she'll end up. Mantyke makes friends with her almost immediately.
