Dowsing vs. PokeRadar, Do they count as the same item? |

I bought a Dowsing MCHN once, way back when it was called the PokeRadar. If I buy another one now, would it count towards the Upgrader achievement? ..I guess what I'm really trying to say is: did the name just change, or is the Dowsing MCHN a different item that does the same thing as the PokeRadar?

Exactly the same item, different name/image.
