My Riolu wont evolve, i need help |

My Riolu has gotten to max happiness and i have had it for awhile but it wont evolve and i checked the help where it says that the options drop down will be in bold but it wont and i know it evolves during the day but it never does it during the day so what should i do

I think daytime counts as any time between 6 AM and 6 PM server time, which would be found at the very top of the GPX+ page. You might just be in a different time zone.
EDIT: Strike that. I found the info. "The remaining times listed are affected by your user-set timezone (set on the forums). Day evolution/form changes can be performed between 6 AM and 6 PM. Night evolution/form changes can be performed between 6 PM and 6 AM." You might have to fiddle with your time zone settings to update them and that might get it working.
