Global PokédeX Plus Forums _ Pokémon Polls _ Water Type Starters Battle!

Here, you can vote in two things:

#1 Which Water Type Starter would win a fight against each other?

#2 Which Water Type Starter do you like the most?

For #1, I choose Swampert, because it is a really good Water Type and would probably win because of it's type.
For #2, I choose Samurott, I'm not sure why... I think it was because it looks the coolest.

Please explain why you choose your answers in your posts, and let the posting begin!

Feraligatr would win because he is a powerhouse!

I also picked Samurott as my favorite because it's the coolest looking:)

I chose Empoleon on both, it has great Sp. Defense and Sp. Attack.
Plus, it's my favorite Water starter.

Does anyone else find it interesting that none of us choose the oldest or newest Water type starter? I choose Swampert, and you two choose Empoleon and Feraligatr. I don't know, I guess I just find that interesting.

But... Swampert is half a Ground-Typ and because of that Water-Attacks are Normal-Effectively against him... (Deja vu)
So I guess he would rather lose than win thanks to his Type...

1. Fregilatr... dunno... Somehow I think he would win against the other Starters.
2. Blastoise, actually I dont like any of the Water-Starters. But he is not that bad like the other for me.

I think empoleon will win because he has grass knot better speed than swampert but may be killed by feraligatr that has earthquake......

My favorite will be blastoise because i like turtles...

Well, I think we can all agree on one thing - Either Feraligatr or Empoleon would win. The question is, who?...

Freligatr is faster than Empoleon and learns Superpower... So I guess Freligatr would win against Empoleon.

Superpower? Sorry, I probably know this move but I can't remember what it does... *Checks* Oh DUH. I'm stupid. Anyway, yeah, Empoleon may have a cool combo, but Feraligatr would definitely win with that. Unless Empoleon had some Hydro Pump/Cannon, although Feraligatr would still probably win...

Empoleon is one of the best water Pokemon Starters in the Pokemon game .

Piplup line on both. First just because it seems kinda tanky and can take a hit or two, & the second because I just really like Piplup. Prinplup and Empoleon are eh, I just mainly like Piplup. xD

I chose Samurott for the first bc it has a pretty diverse moveset i think... And totodile is my fave overall :-) A good bitey boy!
